It is a fine morning mid summer.. but its snowing and the sky is red? What could possibly be happening?

*Max Pov*

I wake up to the sound of some cunt banging on my door. " Who the fuck is it and why are you knocking on MY DOOR AT THE BREAK OF DAY" I said

" Wake the fuck up its an emergency ya NERD" the voice from outside the door yelled.

What could it possibly be anyway? This early? Who would be up this early? What the hell.
I walk up to the door and slide it open, its Ian. He is wearing his witch outfit with his broom and Mini Hakkero.

" What the hell are you doing here this early Ian? "

Ian looked around

I looked up at what he was looking at, it was the sky. It was blood red. Holy Fuck 

Ian sighed " Now can you see why I woke you up cunt?"

"Yea, what we gonna do about it eh?"

"What we always do, duh.. anyway, do we have any leads so far?" I said as I was preparing my spell cards for the adventure at hand.

" That friendly neighborhood tengu gave me a newspaper on the way to your place this mornin', check it out" Ian throws the  paper on the table. The main headline  ' Scarlet Mist forecast! ' caught my eye.

"So it seems to be coming from the mansion in the middle of the huge lake huh?"

There was no reply as Ian was more intrigued by the comic special on the back as I was reading the article inside.

" Alrighty then, we gonna get started? " I said while I looked up at Ian.

"Sounds like a plan, you gotta get dressed first" Ian said with a tired grin.

"Yea, yea, yea.. don't have to remind me."
