super secrets part/2

Henry's p.o.v

as soon as my mask fell off, I went into a panick and shielded my face so all I could see was the palms of my hands. I peeked through my fingers to see ray looking at me with wide eyes, but nodded when he realized I was trying to hide my face.

I saw a shadow come close to me and gripped my arm. I flinched and hesitated. then she started to pull harder untill I fell back and my strength gave out. my back slammed against the ground. I look up noticing that girl superhero towering over me, glancing down. I looked up at her untill she said, " Henry?..."

I could hear my heart pounding from my chest. how does she know my name? does she go to my school? I have no clue. I really had the urge to yank her mask off but I new I shouldn't. I finally ran over to ray and started to cut the ropes off. once he was free, we were both bolting towards the door. hoping to get away from, who ever she was quickly.

pheope's p.o.v

I tried to stop them, "hey! wait?" untill I was being pulled back by two huge criminals above me. they tired my arms together and duck taped my mouth shut before I can call for help.

Henry's p.o.v.....again. lol

as ray and I ran away as fast as we could, we figured that she would be following us, but realized she wasn't. ray and I was panting. I was panting harder because I was freaking out more. ray noticed and patted my back. "you...ok?" he asked. I hesitated at first and then slowly shook my head while my hands we leaning on my knees and was looking at the ground. ray broke the silence by asking, "do you...know...her?" he manage to say as he pant some more.
"no...well...I don't think I do!" I said. "well some how she knows who you are!" ray informed. I just nodded in reply. it was silent for a bit. I was honestly wondering were she is, she should be out of the area by now.

as ray was looking away, I slowly peek around the corner but still didn't see a glimpse of her. even though I don't know who she is, she apparently knows me so I'm starting to get concerned for her safety. I heard banging and wips of struggling coming From inside the building. now I was really starting to worry.

without hesitation, I went around the corner toward the building again. ignoring the shouts from ray. when I was reaching for the door handle. a hand grabbed my arm making me yelp in surprise. I looked back only to see ray panting like he just won a marathon. to be honest, I was too.

"Henry, what are you doing, were free now! why are you even thinking about going back in?" he asked with lots of hand movements. I looked up at his eyes like it was completely obvious. "the girl is still in there!" I yelled pointing to the door. ray looked at the door with frustration. "kid...." he started but I interrupted. "were superhero's, Ray. we are supposed to help people who are of need of help. like now!" I screamed in his face.

he looked down at his feet, "kid, she knows your secret, that can ruin everything.." he stated. I nodded like I didn't know that already. "so just because she knows I'm kid danger, means we should just leave her here?" I asked. he looked at me with wide eyes and then sighed. "alright fine.....but don't blame me if she tells everyone your secret....." he said in a really low, monotone voice. he walked behind me and open the door to the warehouse.

as soon as we walked in, we saw absolutely nothing. no light, no sound, no people, nothing! as we walked in further, we heard a muffle sounding scream. we looked over to see a dark figure and realized who it was. we both gasp as we took the tape off her mouth.

as soon as we did, she said, "you guys have to get out of here!! they captured me because they new you would come too! its a trap!!" she whispered yelled. once I was about to respond, I felt a large wack from the back of my head making me lose my balance. I hit the floor with a thud, hearing my name being called. it left me in a daze untill I felt two hands tightly grip my shoulders. I opened my eyes to only see above me the girl superhero. once I began half conscious, I just heard ringing in my ear. then the voices got louder, I was able to hear sounds again, then, I could hear words and speaking. I heard my name being called constantly. once I was finally out of the daze, I lifted up my head, seeing the superhero and ray above me. I looked around and didn't recognize the area. I looked around very confused. I looked at ray and he looked perfectly fine, then again, he's indestructible. but then I looked over at the girl, and noticed a huge slice down he neck that gave me chills. she had a shade a blackish-purple on her cheekbone. her hair was a wreck. but what really caught me off guard was this huge, deep, cut ringing around her ankle. bleeding uncontrollably. why are they so concerned about me when she's more hurt then I am? she noticed me looking at her ankle, probably making her uncomfortable so she hid it.

"um...I'm glad your ok Henry but I really should go." I was going to stop her untill the pain in her ankle made her legs give out, I was right there behind her so I caught her as she fell back. I eased her to the ground only to hear her wince as I did so.

"don't worry, we'll help you back to the man cave and we'll take care off that injuries." I said to make her smile. ray glared at me not agreeing with my suggestion. once she was trying to get up again, I stopped her.

"wait, you apparently know who I am, then who are you?" I asked curiously. she looked deep into my eyes.

"Henry, I'm your neighborhood, pheobe..." she said as she removed her mask. revealing her face. my face dropped with no emotion on it.

"surprise!" she said in a joking sort of way. I was still stiff as a board. she was looking at me but I wasn't making eye contact with her.
I can't believe we were keeping this secret from eachother.
