Three Wishes (Criss Angel Fanfiction)

~CH. 4~

The next morning, June woke Rachel and I up by talking to her boyfriend Billy on the phone telling him how much she missed him, and that she couldn't wait for the two-week vacation to be over with...for it just wasn't as much fun as it would be if he was there with her...he told her that he missed his June-bug too, but he told her to have fun anyways...and not to be a killjoy for Rachel and me. She kissed him through the phone then told him bye...after she tossed the phone on the bed...she ran into the bathroom and got all primped and patted for the day's festivities.

I got out of bed next and quickly got dressed, and brushed out my hair...instead of putting it up this time...I decided to let my long black wavy hair dangle down, past the middle of my back. June's hair was long, blond, and axle straight...Rachel's hair was just a hair shorter than mine, and it was a very shiny mocha color...but in June's opinion, we were all very good looking girls...Rachel quickly jumped out of her bed and asked why we didn't wake her up, so she could get dressed and all fixed up...I smiled at her and told her that we weren't in any hurry. Rachel stopped and said she didn't know about us...but she was so in a hurry to head down and mingle with some guys...for she was single and really wanting to do some major window shopping.

June laughed at her and said she would help with the window shopping...but she was very happy with the current man in her life...and wasn't about to ruin it for anyone...but then June and Rachel both looked at me at the same time...and said at the same time, that they knew of another certain girl that needed to do a little man shopping her self...that 's when I couldn't take it anymore and I asked them both to sit down...for I had to tell them something that happened to me before we came to Vegas...they both gathered around me and asked me what was up...I slowly unzipped my suitcase and pulled out my lamp.

They both looked at me and asked me if that belonged to my parents...I told them both that my parents sent it to me right before they died in the wreck...and the day after I got the bad news...I decided to clean the dirty ole thing up...and when I did...a jinn came out of it...and asked me what I wanted...and that I had three wishes...and that was the real reason why I wanted to come to Vegas...to see if my wish would, in fact, come true. Rachel and June began to smile and laugh uncontrollably in disbelief...until I held out the lamp and I rubbed its side very slightly...the hotel room was filled with a red and green smoky fog...then the jinn I was telling them about came out and asked if I decided on my other two wishes...Rachel and June both sat there beside me with their jaws dropped, and their eyes very wide.

I asked the jinn how long would it take for my wish to take effect...he said it depended on how strong the will of the man was...but in time, I would get my wish...for not even the strongest willed man, could overcome his magical powers...I thanked him and said I needed more time before making my other wishes...then I tapped the lamp and he vanished back into the lamp with the colored mist following him...I placed the lamp back into my suitcase and zipped it back up, then locked it...and placed my key back on my necklace...then I gave a little sigh and asked my friends if they believed me now...they both jumped up and asked me what I wished for...then asked if they could have a wish from the lamp too!

I smiled at both of them and said that I wished for Criss Angel to fall in love with me...then I said with a little sincerity, that I was thinking about giving them each my other wishes...but only if my wish came true...for if it didn't I wasn't going to let them be knocked on their asses with disappointment. Rachel jumped up and very excitedly asked what we were waiting for!! That we had a Mindfreak to locate and see if the wish came true...that way she could have one of my other wishes...June grabbed me by the arm and said she didn't really care about having a wish...for she already had her Billy Bear...but she was overly curious about seeing my wish come true.

We all raced to the elevators and headed down to the lobby...to see what all we could get into...June really wanted to try working her magic on the dollar slots...so Rachel and I humored her and we all played them for an hour...June ended up winning 60.00, Rachel ended up winning 85.00, and I won only 55.00, but none of us lost any money so we were all happy about that...then it was my turn to choose an eating spot, so I headed straight for Taco's & Tequila...where we all enjoyed a very nice lunch together...after we ate, Rachel jumped up and said it was time to see if we could find Criss Angel...for she and June were both very excited to see the wish work its magic up close and in person.

I giggled as I let them drag me out of the restaurant...but after we searched the lobby, then went to his two stores, Mindfreak Store, and Believe Store...then we all headed for his personal bar Liquidity...but he wasn't there either...June had a quick idea and pulled us both towards his theater...but it was closed up tight...after no luck in finding him...we all sat down at the fountain's edge, and pouted a little...for none of us had any other ideas on where or how to find him...and without him seeing me...the wish wasn't going to come to fruition.
