Zenith - An Adventure Novel

Prologue

All was well in Trofia for hundreds of years, but then the city started to crumble, houses collapsed and the city fell into ruin. The citizens were forced to seek shelter elsewhere. Twenty years have passed since then and now the city is being rebuilt, however this city now lacks a monarch. Masses of people have set course for Trofia, hoping to find the Royal crown, an artefact that will make them monarch, and receive limitless riches. This story follows the adventure of a small group of four young adventurers who have been employed by a rich and powerful young woman to retrieve this crown, they have been promised lives of luxury if they do so but if they fail, than an ill fate shall befall them. These four adventurers must trek through perilous caves, explore vast dungeons and survive where many have been slain, all in the name of an anonymous you woman, whom they have never seen nor heard of prior to this expedition.
