I should go make breakfast. I thought as I rolled out of bed and walked towards the kitchen but not before checking the time. 5:30am cool. I tried not to make too much noise as I searched for the proper tools to make waffles and turkey bacon. I grabbed a large bowl and poured the approximate amount of pancake mix and water and mixed until the batter became the correct consistency, put the pan on medium heat and began making breakfast.
I put the platter on Hannah's night stand and gently kissed her cheek. Causing her to stir
"Mmff I don't wanna get up."
"Awe I made us your favorite breakfast." I faked a frown. Hannah looked up at me through squinted eyes.
"Fine but only 'cuz I love you."
"Yay, so we're getting married tomorrow...." I paused
"Yeah, are you excited?"
"I don't know, I mean I'm ecstatic I'm marrying you but neither of our families will be there aside from your sisters I mean."
"Well, that was your choice." Hannah was careful with these words, I had a habit of blaming others.
"I know but do you blame me I mean my mom left and remarried with no warning and my father well...but hey your sisters have enough love for me too." We both smiled at this.
"Let's do something." Hannah added.
"Like what?"I asked
"I don't know something stupid, let's get a puppy!"
"Hannah no, we can't afford that right now."
"Awe c'mon, I promise I'll walk it and feed it."
"Hannah." I chucked "No, Not right now."
"Okay let's get into some trouble?"
Hannah pushed me backwards onto the bed pressing lips onto mine.
"I want all of you, I want your past, present and future, I want our children to know what love is, but right now, I want the neighbors to know my name."
"You guys are going to be late to your own wedding if you don't get your asses out o...oh Jesus fuck!"
"Jesus fuck is right how'd you get in here!"
"Oh yeah.... I gave her a key...."
