Chapter 2 - Needing help

(First day of yr 7)

"Welcome everyone to your first day at school i am your headteacher and i will be showing you around hope you enjoy" said Mrs Jane 

This is the first words that spoke today well that was before Mary woke up.......

(Alarm clock goes off at 6am)

"My first day at school i need to call Sara to check if she has her first day at school and to ask her for some advice" Mary pledged

"Hi Sara is speaking please leave a message after the tone......" Sara had not picked up her phone this is when Mary started to worry and panic Mary and Sara always start school at the same time on the same day in the same area but Mary remembered that her school is not near Sara's and that it might be at a different time. Mary had a shower and put on her new school clothes she was very excited but had never been there before so she was confused and a bit shy.

(8am) Mary has left the house and is on her way to school and decided to call Sara again it worked.

 "Hi Mary why did you call me so early in the morning you should be sleeping there is one week left of the holidays enjoy it" Sara asked.

"Sara i am so sorry but i have school today and i am going to be late can you give me some tips on how to make me calm down as you always do that and can you give me some more advice on how to make friends really quickly as you are good at that Sara i am stressing out HELP ME!!!" Mary replied.

"Mary listen to me you will be ok just listen to the teacher and allow them to help you when you are confused but don't look or be eager to make friends quick just let it be" Sara answers and hanged up the call. 

So we go back to were we started with the headteacher Mrs Jane. 

Mary went into school and had a tour she was now familiar with the school and the area. Suddenly it was time for a talk a "tutor get to know you" talk with Mary's tutor Ms Jones. All the people told something that they hate and what they love which to Mary she thought was easy until it was her turn her heart was pounding.

"Next person" Ms Jones Said

"Hi ...M...y..n.a.m...e..i..s.."Mary tried saying

"It is ok you don't need to be scared it is all our first day here so it is ok"Ms Jones interrupted

"M...a..r...y Mary"Mary finally said

"So you can tell us something that you love and something that you absolutely hate"Ms Jones asked

Mary knew exactly what she was going to say she was a massive fan of Fast and Furious and it was not even love that was still an understatement for her as she had loved it since she had her first toy car which was when she was 2 and loved them since and her dad and 3 older brothers have influenced her. 

"I love car and Fast and Furious but i hate girly girls"Mary answered that was when a word that she said was not meant to come out came out she said that she hated girly girls but 3/4 of the girls in her class were girly girls which was so shocking as they instantly hated her. Her life is ruined......
