"It turns out I'm actually the jealous, angry type. It's not obvious. I know how to hold it in."

--"I just wanted to kiss her!"

I picked up the couch. "You have three seconds for a head start, Isaac!"

--So it's not that bad...

--"I better not see you looking at her like that again, you disrespectful prick."

--I smiled at Molly, letting out a small laugh and shrugging. "So I don't really know why I'm here. I don't need counseling or anything. You don't even know who I like. And honestly, I still feel like this paralyzing new betas thing is just as lie so you can get us when we're vunerable. You're a Wolf Hunter. That's all you'll ever be."

Molly rolled her brown eyes as she took a deep breath. "Well, I don't have to be a Wolf-Paralyzer in order to know that you have a thing for Bree."

I let out a small laugh, shaking my head. "I don't know what you're talking about."

"You do." She nodded. "Isaac and Stiles have flirted with Bree in front of us a bit, and I noticed your expressions. So why are you here? Because, honestly, you need to do something about it."

I furrowed my brows.

"Yeah." She nodded. "I want you to go and risk everything because your jealousy has become more and more dangerous."

"No, it hasn't."

"You broke Isaac's arm!" Molly looked at me with wide eyes.

I rolled my eyes, throwing my head back on my couch. "I don't need this."

"I do! Do you know who's paying for that boy's arm? I can only imagine what would happen to Stiles."

I sighed. "Fine. I'll do something."

"Good... So what is it?"

"Something sweet."

                                                    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Bree opened the door. "I brought food!"
I kept mysel silent as she stepped forward, looking around.
"Hello?" Bree formed fists and looked around carefully. "I know someone's there. I can hear your heartbeat."
I stepped out. "Then you know it's rising." I smirked as I looked her over. "I've always liked the way that leather jacket looks on you."
Bree paused and blushed. "Thank you. Uh... I always liked that smile."
"Known as a smirk."
"Right." Bree grinned. "I like it."
I lowered my eyes. "Bree." I took a step forward. "There's something I need to talk to you about."
Bree looked at me with wide eyes. "What?"
I gestured at the coach with my chin. I heard Bree's heart rising as she made her way to the couch. She slowly sat herself down. "What's going on?"
I sat down next to her. "Tell me about your day."
She raised a brow. "It was...eh." She shrugged. "Same old, same old."
I paused, expecting more, some sort of long and explainable drama she could talk about while I thought of my next few moves. "Well, that's too bad. Something new is supposed to happen everyday."
"I guess." Bree faced the window. "But the only parts I care about or get excited for happen out of school."
I paused, furrowing my brows. "Even with Isaac and Stiles at your school?"
"Well, they're cool people, but they have their own lives." Bree looked at me. "And Stiles is afaid of the way I ride my bike."
I smiled gently. "You know who isn't afraid of your bike?"
Bree rolled her eyes playfully. "The guy who bought the bike for me?"
"Exactly." I looked at her. "There's also something I need to tell you." I turned to her. "Have you heard about what happened to Isaac?"
"You broke his arm."
"... Did you hear what Molly did?"
"Pay for it."
"...Well... Do you know why I broke his arm?"
"You threw a couch at him."
I let out a small laugh. "Not how, why?"
Bree paused, her eyes shifted. She shook her head. "He didn't listen to you?"
"He did something I didn't like."
"What... was that?"
"He tried to kiss you."
Bree raised a brow. "Why would you break his arm over that?"
I held her hand. "Because of all the betas I've ever had, I never fell in love with one." I smiled at her. "You can tell can't you. That my heart is rising. From some of the conversations I overheard with you and Peter, I know that you've doubt it."
"Doubted wh-what?" She swallowed.
"Doubted that my heart was rising for you." I locked my gaze with hers.
Bree paused, blushing ever so slightly.
"The question is: Do you feel the same for me?"
Bree looked away, grinning. "Maybe..." She laughed, and I laughed with her.
"Then let's cut the high school crap and get down to business."
Bree looked at me. "What do you mean?"
"Let me kiss you."
