It was a beautiful, bright, clear, sunny Tuesday morning in Boxalinton Village. The birds were chirping, owners walking their dogs peacefully, and the crickets were still humming their late night song. In the northern part of town. Yet in the southern area, it was a disaster. First for some background info, Boxalinton Village was divided into 2 sections. The North part of the town, and South. The North was usually quiet, peaceful, and boring. Whereas the South was loud, disturbing, and exciting! Every week there was something new in store for the people of Southern Boxalinton. This week was giant bunnies. The town could owe these "wonderful experiences" all to Robert Jeffery. 13 year old kid genius, with glasses and freckles whom's nickname was Redix.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" cried Redix to the angry townsfolk.

"Your giant pet rabbits are eating all my crops!" someone shouted from the crowd.

Another hollered, " They're destroying all of the buildings! This is worse than that time there was an invasion frogs, and insects!"

"And don't forget about the robots!" There were raging protests and muffled screams along with panicked shouts as the bunnies neared the safe house that the people were in which protected them from times like these.

"What are we going to do?" asked Mason, Redix's best friend and partner in crime.

" I don't know! Maybe I could build a shrinking ray." suggested Redix.

" Well, the shrinking ray you built accidentally blasted your bunnies, and they turned enormous! I don't think that building another "shrinking ray" is a good idea."

" Don't be so doubtful." stated Selene, their other friend who helped with the experiments that were conducted.

" It didn't work out because he didn't have the correct pieces to build it. This time, he can just fine tune the so called "shrinking ray" so it would actually shrink objects." she continued.

" I guess..." said Mason unsurely.

" I just don't know if we should have the experimental run on living things. Who knows what the side effects could be!" Redix paused, " I just hope that Sprinkles and Thomas will be okay." His voice seemed to crack at the thought of his beloved bunnies being in danger, because they were his most very favorite pets and he didn't want them to get hurt.

" Redix! How are you going to fix this?" asked the mayor who lived in the South, " The people are getting even more restless than they already were. Fix this!" Redix shakily nodded his head as the mayor went to calm the people down.

" I'm surprised that you weren't run out of town yet." Mason joked. Redix's curly red hair bounced in front of his face, with an annoyed expression.

" With pitchforks and torches." added Selene. Redix huffed and said," Come on." and started out the door with his friends following his trail.

When they got outside, they were horrified. Redix's used-to-be harmless, cute, and helpless rabbits, Sprinkles and Thomas, have obliviated everything in sight! The houses were trampled on, Mary Sue's shoe store had a missing roof and wall, and the train station was broken and torn into shreds. And that was only some of the damage that their eyes laid upon first.

"Aaaahhhhh!! The townsfolk will kill me!!" screeched Redix.

" I'm gonna be run out of here with pitchforks and torches! All of my nightmares are coming true!"

" Relax man. Now what were the pieces that you were missing?" coaxed Mason.

" They should be in Garry Larry's Science Emporium Store. He got the pieces delivered this morning. There was a hold up in shipping and that's why they weren't dispatched last week."
