Chapter One

watching the sun  rise over the trees from Elias's embrace was the best part of the morning, especially today. It was Sunday, where the both of them got to spend the whole day by themselves, not having to worry about work or studies.

Chise turned around to see Elias still sleeping after a long night in his studies. He had been very busy lately with matters he did not want to tell Chise. She didn't mind, after all they had been through, almost losing each other trying to save Chise's life, it didn't bother her, she trusted him entirely. She nuzzled his skull before getting out of bed to take a bath.

At 19-years-old, she had grown into a powerful sorcerer, now able to control magic and perfect spells, but nevertheless she still had much to learn.

Her body too had changed. Curvy hips, breast fuller and mature, hair still at her shoulders, and face more defined, she now looked like a grown young women. She had to admit, she liked how she's grown, especially her curves, where on days like these she took advantage of them by wearing a simple but bright sun dress that slightly hugged her curves, hoping to impress Elias.

After her bath she walked out to find Elias had already awaken and made his way down stairs. He was helping Silky set up the table for breakfast. Elias turned to see his beautiful apprentice and couldn't help but smile as they made eye contact. "Good morning Chise" he said as he placed a cup of fresh orange juice in front of her bowl  of oatmeal. "Good morning Elias, Silky" she smiled as she sat down ready to eat. "Are you ready for today?" Elias looked at her as she was happily eating away at her oatmeal. "Yes!" she smiled "But are you alright? You've been staying up late lately, especially last night". Ruth had just entered the kitchen to say his good mornings to everyone. "Yes, I am alright, just had to make this day extra special". Chise blushed "well whatever you have planned, I am sure it'll be fun since it will be just us".   

After breakfast, Elias and Ruth helped clean up the table while Silky and Chise  washed the dishes. After all was tidy up both Chise and Elias were ready to start their day, "I thought today we could ready to start off by walking through London, shop a bit, spoil ourselves and maybe buy something nice for our friends" Elias said hoping it was a good way to start the day. "Yeah! Great idea! Maybe we can even find some herbs there for the medicines we need to finish". Elias chuckled "we don't have to think about work now, but since we'll be there you have a good point". As they walked out of the house, Elias changed into his human form. Chise could never get enough of his human form, even though she called him "Suspicious" the first time she saw him, now it just made her heart flutter. But no matter human or natural, deep down she loved him no matter what. "Go ahead" he said breaking her trance to transport them to London. After learning how to transport, it was one of her favorite things to do with magic. She lifted her staff and slowly placed it down, chanting a spell in her head, just how Elias showed her.

Sparkles of bright colors rippled out from her staff and began circling, engulfing them in a warm, soft light before they appeared in an small ally where they casually made their way onto the main street. They entered parlors, bookstores and small herb shops, enjoying each others company. They were the couple everyone looked at, holding hands and sharing am ice cream. Chise's heart flutters whenever Elias smiled at her, especially when he playfully pecks a kiss on her forehead. Elias loved to tease her.
