Humming to myself I gaze around the nearly empty streets of London. Smiling I thrust my arms outwards into the open air beside me, I spin making my skirt twirl around me. I giggle to myself as I nearly fall after becoming quite dizzy. Lilly meows nervously at my feet weaving her way in through my legs as I continue my dancing down the now deserted street. I am truly happier now then have have been in a long while, after all I had been living in that place of torment for nearly fifteen years. A low hissing erupts from Lilly and she stops short turning around to face the opposite direction her fur on end.
“Still going through life with your childish ways Eleanor?” A dark laugh erupts from the figure who spoke.
“Now, now, we are far from being on a first name basis Mr. Bogs.” I frown as I speak the words, “Well you certainly have changed.” I chuckle looking at his greatly deteriorated state. His nearly completely white and grey hair stuck out like a sore thumb in the dim light, his wrinkled face is scarred and bumps dot his once clear complexion. His hunched back differs greatly from his once tall demanding stature, which was straighter than a board.
A frown formed on his face, “I wish I could say the same for you but you look the same as the last time we met.” He sneers.
“I heard you had two sons they are both in prison are they not?” I question with a smirk as I see how much that question affects him, “Philip’s wife was put in also wasn’t she? I wonder how long they’ll stay in there? Life sentence I suppose?” I ask my smirk still existent.
“They won’t be for long.” He hisses walking quickly towards me.
“Really now?” I ask my voice sounding especially sweet.
“They’ll escape any day now. Most likely tonight. Did you know I will be rewarded if I bring you back to Him?” He growls now charging quickly towards me.
“I am very sorry but I cannot visit ‘Him’” I chuckle making quotation marks with my fingers, “but I really have better places to be tonight.” I smile scooping Lilly into my arms and disappearing from the lightless avenue.
