Chapter 5

The morning light shined through the window as I begun to open my eyes. I began to sit up and yawn as I turned to see Jax passed out beside me with his head in the pillows. I smiled to myself as I slid out of bed and into the bathroom as I began to run the water for a shower as Jax slept.

Once I was done my shower, I got dressed and I walked back out to the bedroom to see Jax sitting on the edge tying up his air force one sneakers.

"Good morning sleeping beauty." I said as I threw my towel into the hamper.

"Good morning doll face, how'd you sleep?" Jax said as he stood and reached for his cut before putting it on.

"As good as it gets, what about you?" I questioned as Jax fixed his cut.

"Same. Are you ready to go to the carnival with Samcro?" Jax said sounding a bit too excited.

"I am, as long as your freelancing pussy isn't there." I said with a smirk as Jax chuckled.

"She won't be she's working. Your lap dog isn't trailing with you." Jax said as he smirked back at me.

"He's not, he's also busy plus I told him I was spending the day with you." Jax smiled at what I had said as wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"Good, your mine for the day." Jax said as I felt my heart skip a beat.

'Oh, how I wish I was yours.' I thought to myself as Jax and I walked out of the room and into the club.

"Good morning baby." Gemma said as she walked over to Jax before laying a kiss on his cheek on his cheek before doing the same to me.

"Good morning Gem." I said as I walked over to the bar and sat down as Half-Sack laid a mug of hot coffee in front of me.

"Thanks Half." I said as I took a sip.

"Are you guys ready to party?!" Tig yelled as he walked into the club. We all chuckled as Tig took the bar seat next to me.

"Well? What are we waiting for? Let's go already!" Tig said as he jumped back up and headed for the door as all of us began to follow. Jax rejoined his position by my side as we walked towards his bike. Jax handed me a helmet as he put his on before climbing on his bike as I did the same. We looked around as Clay nodded his head once Gemma got on before he took off as we followed.

Time Skip:

Once we reached, the carnival the boys parked their bikes and began to head in.

"Where's Ope?" I questioned as I turned to Jax as he looked down at me.

"He and Donna wanted to spend some time with their kids." I nodded my head as we walked in.

"Holy shit Jax! We need to get on a ride, man." Tig said as he ran over to Jax and tugged on his arm like a little kid. Jax laughed as he nodded his head.

"We will, chill. Go pick one and I'll meet up with you." Jax said while still trying to stifle a few laughs. Tig nodded his head as Bobby, Chibs and him headed in the other direction.

"Want to come with us?" Jax questioned once Tig and the gang were gone.

"Nah, I might just watch." I said as Jax raised his eye brow.

"Now, where the fun thin that?" Jax questioned as I chuckled. "Just one ride?" He questioned again as I faked a dramatic sigh.

"Oh, I guess I will have too." I said as Jax smiled widened as he turned around and bent a little.
