Secret scape (Chapter 49)

Amoly's P.O.V:

We're going to the boys house today cause it's our free day! I'm so excited cause we haven't been able to see them in around a week. We finished eating breakfast and started getting ready...the only one that wasn't even moving was Venus...
Larota: Venus are coming?
Venus: Ummm no...
Amoly: Why not?!
Venus: I have a headache
Talena: You want me to give you some pills~
Venus: No thanks...it'll go away eventually
Talena: But the~
Larota: Let's go girls!
We followed Lara out and I closed the metal door and left without saying another word. Ugh I honestly don't know what's going on with this family...

Venus' P.O.V:

When I heard them leave I stand up from the couch, opened the metal door slowly so it doesn't make noises and echoes through out the entire sewers. I go out and closed it again and left to the surface. A while later I was at her apartment and knocked on her window, she answered and let me in.
Shinigami: Glad u found my apartment
Venus: It's really close to were we live so it wasn't that hard
Shinigami: I see, well why are you visiting again?
Venus: Well u see my magic has been acting strange lately...I've learned to control it a little bit now but I can't anymore...
Shinigami: Hmmm from what I know of Shinobi Magic is that the one that have the gift to posses it there will be a certain point in their life where it's gonna be hard to contol it, that's the only down side to it and some people take years to control it again...but at such a young age like you it's very rare!
Venus: Yea that's what my master told me...
Shinigami: You must have very very powerful magic!
Venus: Can you please help me?
Shinigami: Well I don't know much about that kind of magic but since you girls helped me then I guess I should return the favor
Venus: Thank you so much!
Shinigami: I'm not sure if I can help you a 100% but I'll try my best, now let's see how powerful your magic really is
I followed her to the living room that had a bunch of shelves filled with all kinds of potions then she pointed to a small target in the wall.
Shinigami: You see that red and black target over there?
Venus: Yea
Shinigami: I want you to destroy it with a small fire ball
Venus: Alright
I relaxed my hands, put them together and concentrated on a small fire ball. I kept repeating that in my mind but instead of hot I felt cold...I was making a small ice ball again! Shinigami didn't say anything about it she was just staring at my hands with a lot of attention. I was trying really hard to turn it into a firball but I guess I tried too hard and I shooted it by accident! It froze the target but also the whole entire wall behind it.
Shinigami: Woah...
Venus: *gasps* I'm sorry!
Shinigami: It's alright
She snapped her fingers and the ice started to melt.
Shinigami: You do have a lot of power inside you that's probably why all this is happening to you
Venus: Really?
Shinigami: Yes! Just with one tiny ice ball you managed to freeze half of my apartment
Venus: Oh...
Shinigami: Listen you need to control your magic and quick cause otherwise it will take control of you
Venus: Yea I know that's why I'm here, so you can help me!
Shinigami: Well I will help you but with such power I can't really do much it's all on you now, I can only give you advice
Venus: Well what do I do then?
Shinigami: Ok for now don't use your magic for anything, only for learning how to control it
Venus: Ok
Shinigami: Everyday do this same excercise until you get it right, once you master an easy spell it will be much easier to control the rest
Venus: Hm alright anything else?
Shinigami: um...oh yea wait here
She went into another room and came out with a dusty old book.
Shinigami: Here
She gave me the book and I blew the dust off of it.
Venus: "The Secrets of Shinobi Magic"?
Shinigami: Yea I never finished reading it but there might be something in there that might help you
Venus: Okay! Thank you Shini!
Shinigami: Don't mention it and when you see Karai tell her to visit me whenever she can
Venus: I will, bye!
I went back home promising myself that I wouldn't say a word about this to anyone so I don't worry them even more.
