Chapter 12: The Vision is True!

You lay in your bed starring out the window. The full moon reflects back and shines upon your face.

You toss and turn and eventually give up and stare straight up at the ceiling.
You place a hand to your lips and smile. To think you were seconds from kissing Enoch. Your cheeks burn as you melt at the scene that replayed in your head.

"Uggggh," you groan throwing your pillow across the room. You sit straight up and stare at your door.

"If only... It continued," you mumble under your breath. Your eyes trail to your dresser.

You toss the blankets off of you and jog over to it and pull out the first drawer. A smile spreads across your face and you pull out a small sketch book and pencil.

You grab the lantern that lie on top of the dresser and light it with a match. Grabbing the lantern and sketch book, you return to the bed. You sit on the floor and prop your back against the mattress and place the light on the floor near you.

Opening the book you began doodling a scene. It was an image of you and Enoch about to kiss.

You finish and place your hands upon the image. You close your eyes and concentrate hard. When opening them the art in the book began to move like a movie. Enoch leaned in and your lips met.

"What you got there,"a voice came from the bed behind you.

You jolted and slammed the book shut.

"N-nothing!"

You turn around to see Enoch sitting at the foot of your bed. You stand up, the book in and and look at him angrily.

"Enoch what ar-"

Before you could finish he jumped up and cupped your mouth. Your back lie against the wall and your eyes widened. He grabbed your empty hand with his.

"Will you follow me,"he asked.

You nod your head yes and he removes his hand.

He takes you through the front door and to the single tree that lie on the hill. From there you could see the house behind you and the ocean in front of you. Under the tree lie a blanket. A lantern filled with fire flies rested on top of it.

"What's all this," you ask him with a smile.

"I wanted to do something special," he said rubbing the back of his neck," you don't have to be here if you don't want.

You smiled and kissed his cheek.

"This is perfect."

That attractive once in a life time smile spread across Enoch's face as he touch the spot you kissed. You went ahead and took a seat and waited for his company. He sat beside you and starred to the sky. He glanced to him and then to the sky.

"It's beautiful isn't it,"you asked.

"It really is," he agreed.

"That there, is Queen Cassiopeia you day point to a bunch of star."

"That's correct. That there in O'Ryan," he told you also pointing to a bunch of stars.

You smiled and propped your body on your hands. Enoch did the same, but accidentally put his hand on yours. You looked to where his hand was placed then looked up to his eyes. His were already starring at your lips. Your sight trailed down to his mouth as well. You both leaned in instinctively. Your lips met and a spark flew through your body. You slowly broke apart. His cheeks turned pink... It was so cute.

"I...I'm sorry..." he said clearing his throat and looking away.

You smiled and grabbed his face and pulled him into another kiss.

"You're fine," you grinned and lay your head on his shoulder.

He rested his cheek on your head and glanced up to the sky and smiled.

"Hey Enoch?"

"Hm?"

You pulled away and sat up to look at him. Enoch looked back at you with great concern.

"What do you truly think about me?"

His expression changed as he thought about it. He wanted to tell you, but he didn't want to mess up his words.

"Y/n, I think you're amazing. You're kind to me even after all I've said and done. You're beautiful, fun, and just the most outstandingly girl I've met" he replied.

You starred at him sheepishly.

"Thank you," you smile and began to rest your head to his chest.

He laid on his back on the blanket and put his arm around you. You guys continue to lay, chat, and watch the stars for the next hour.
