Eren's stomach twisted as he walked into 6th period. Spotting Levi at his desk. Levi didn't even glance up at Eren. He kept his eyes focused on the paper in his hands. Eren was determined to get Levi to talk about what happened yesterday.
"Levi?" Eren asked hesitantly.
"Hm?" Levi hummed in response
"About last night-"
"Nothing happened last night." Levi quickly added in.
"Bu-"
"I said nothing happened." Levi said in a warning tone.
Eren felt his heart drop. He stood there for a moment, just staring at the shorter man, Was Levi really going to act like nothing happened? Levi just took Eren's determination of getting something out of him and stomped it right into the ground. Eren clenched his fists in anger. Did Levi just except to kiss Eren and pretend like it didn't even happen and continue on with his daily job? He was about to blow up on him til Eren noticed a bandage on Levi's hand, and questioned him about it.
"What happened to your hand?"
"Will you stop asking questions?" Levi said in an annoyed tone.
"Well you didn't mind asking me questions yesterday." Eren fought back.
"Listen here you brat, I didn't mean to kiss you last night, it was a mistake. I could get fired and in even bigger trouble if anyone finds out I kissed you." Levi said, setting his paper down on the desk in front of him.
"So you just expect me to act like nothing happened?" Eren semi yelled
"Yes, exactly. Act like nothing happened."
Students started filling up the classroom as Eren stood in front of the teacher in disbelief. As soon as the bell rang, Eren took his seat and stared out the window. 'I can do this." Eren thought
'pretend like nothing happened.'

The next day, Eren walked into 6th period class. He didn't say hi to Levi. He didn't even look at him. Instead he took his seat. If Levi was going to pretend like nothing happened, then so could Eren. And he was going to have some fun while he was acting like nothing happened.
In the middle of Levi talking, Eren would whisper stuff into the girl next to him ear, making her giggle. Levi knew Eren was doing this on purpose. To make him jealous of course, and it was working. Levi could feel himself boil up inside every time he heard the girls giggle go off. It went on the whole class period. And Levi was getting angry with the boy and the girl next to me. As the students got to work, he would notice Eren put his arm on the girls shoulders or make some other kind of contact. And she also did the same by slapping him gently on the arm and giggling every time Eren would whisper something in her ear.
Levi was about to blow up until the bell's annoying melody blared off, indicating school was over and stopping Levi from saying something he was probably going to regret in the future. Before Eren left, he smirked at Levi.
"Fun pretending like nothing happened, eh?" Eren smirked and left without another word.

Eren had to admit, it hurt pretending like nothing happened. He wished something would happen between them. He just wanted to be with Levi. He wanted to hug him, cuddle with him, kiss him. Most importantly, he wanted to call Levi his own.
Eren sighed to himself as he ran his hands over his face and groaned. He stared at the pictures on his wall. The varied in all different types of photos. Some were of nature. Some were of animals or just small things, and some were of him and his family with smiles plastered on their faces. He wished it was still like that, but its not. Mikasa distanced herself. She rarely even talks to Eren unless its either bossing him around like she's his mom or a little 'Hey' or 'hi' His parents constantly got in fights. And when they were in front of Eren and Mikasa, they had fake smiles plastered on their faces and pretended to be all lovey dovey towards each other. But Eren saw right threw those fake smiles and fake love towards each other. He just would rather not pay attention to it and pretend they were they same and loving family that they were a few years ago. He didn't want to face the truth. He hated the truth. Because the truth only hurt him in the end.

Eren had been moody all week. Some days he would be happy and giddy, and then some days he would be sad and would rarely talk. It just depended on his mood. And his emotions have been all over the place.
From trying to push his feelings for Levi away to his parents fighting, anything could change his mood in a split second.
Levi was getting tired with Eren's sudden mood swings. He would come into class and start flirting with that one girl who sat next to him but then he'd turn around and would isolate himself from everyone else. Levi wanted to know what was causing his emotions to be all over the place. He wasn't going to let his curiosity take over this time. Last time he let it, he ended up doing something he did not plan on doing. He didn't mind it though. He wish he did. He wish he hated the taste of Eren's lips on his own. But he didn't. He loved it. He didn't want to fall in love. Again. Last time he fell in love, it ended up in despair. And he never wanted to feel what he felt last time. He wanted to keep himself as far away from love as he could manage. He feared love. He used to think it was the most lovely thing ever. But now, he was afraid it would find him again. But little did he know, he couldn't stop love. Nothing could. And he had already fallen into its trap.
Boring chapter:/ Sorry. I promise next chapter will be more exciting! Hopefully.... I don't know if I'm rushing things but I just want to kind of get to something in this. But that something will remain a mystery>:3 I've got all sorts of ideas but my thoughts are all over the place and I don't know where to start.
