Chapter 6 - surprise

1 day later

I spent the day yesterday just laying in my hotel room with Grayson by my side, relaxing and making sure that I was okay. We also looked after Jayden, since he didn't exactly need a babysitter when two of his favourite people were there ;)
" Are you bored, JayJay? " I asked, stroking his soft cheek as he sat on my lap.
He nodded, laughing a little. I then thought for a second, why not go to Vidcon? After all Grayson and I are missing out, not just the viewers. My wrist isn't as painful, I'm still in a cast but I can pull through! I only feel pain when I have to apply direct pressure to that area, which I'll make sure I don't do. Besides, I've definitely gotten better.
" Grayson! " I called out, and I only realised how loud I yelled it when Jayden jumped up on my lap in fright.
He started to laugh as soon as I did, and then Gray exited the bathroom with a smile.
" yep? " he laughed.
" we're going to VidCon " I smirked, and his jaw dropped.
" we can't... you need to rest " Grayson said protectively.
" it's my wrist, not a fucking leg " I covered my mouth once I realised I'd swore in front of Jayden, oops.
He didn't seem to be paying attention, which I was happy about. Grayson chuckled, shrugging and helping me up with Jay balanced on my hip.
" what about Jay? " Gray asked, removing a strand of hair from my face and kissing my head.
" he can come!! It'll be fun " I soon found myself jumping up and down with Jayden in my arms, making him laugh uncontrollably like little kids do.
" I guess it'll be a nice surprise for Kendall and Cameron... plus our viewers " He smiled, taking my hand and grabbing our VidCon bands so we could get in.
" lets go! " Jayden squealed, making me laugh since he probably had no clue where we were going.

As soon as we arrived at the venue, many fans spotted us and gasped in shock. We waved but rushed to the stage area, since all of our friends were currently doing a show.
We could see them from backstage, and we watched with smiles on our faces as they sat on their stools and answered fans questions.
The stage directors allowed us on stage, and as soon as we stepped out many screams of pure shock and surprise were heard from the crowd.
Everyone was obviously happy to see us, as the entire crowd were now shouting our names.
Once they saw Jayden the screams also turned into awes, and I giggled as Kendall rushed over and hugged us.
" what are you doing here? " Brandon laughed into the mic.
" we wanted to surprise you all, I'm not as sore now! Plus Jayden was bored " I answered, being handed a mic to speak into.
" Jayden come here! " Blake held his arms out, as Jayden ran into them and Blake picked him up.
Everyone awed at how cute they were being, filming and taking photos of them both.
" give me my son back " Cameron joked, now carrying Jay.
Everyone laughed at him, and so did we.
" Welcome back to vidcon bitch " Hunter said, and I smirked.
" why thank ya " I bowed.
" I'll get you guys some seats " Weston jumped up, walking down to get Grayson and I a stool.
As soon as he came back, we sat on them next to our friends, waiting for some questions.
" anyone have a question? " Ariel asked the crowd.
Hundreds of hands shot up, but we chose a guy who was standing at the front.
" this question is for Jayden, who is his favourite out of all of you? " the guy asked, making everyone laugh.
" so Jayden " Weston began, wiggling his brows which made everyone crack up.
" Who's your favourite Jay? " Kendall asked, poking his belly which made him giggle.
" we all know it's me come on " Ethan said.
" auntie Livvie " Jayden smiled, pointing his small finger to Olivia who clapped her hands happily.
" yayy!! " She laughed, earning a glare from her boyfriend.
She then placed a quick kiss to Ethan's cheek, and he blushed wildly, how cute.
" Jayden you're no longer my favourite
nephew " Ashton sighed, shaking his head.
We all think of Jayden as a little brother or our own nephew, which I guess he kind of is to us.
" he's the only one you have, you idiot " Grayson commented, making everyone laugh.
Ashton giggled, realising that what he said obviously sounded stupid.

That day was amazing, spent laughing non stop on stage with my favourite people, and the people who made all of this possible for me. My wrist is getting better, and I can't even wait to get this cast off my arm. This better hurry up, but at the same time, I don't want this moment to end...
