Aria:

"What?" Michael and I yelled in unison.

"What do you mean you broke up with Dakota?"I asked.

"Simple...I just told her it's over."

"Please don't tell me that it has anything to do with me. I'd feel horrible if I'm the reason you two were breaking up. You guys only started arguing because of me."

"Don't make this about you, Aria." Michael snapped. "There were a lot of things going on before this whole you and Calum situation."

There was an obvious of tension between Michael and I. I wasn't in the mood to argue.

"It was just a question and if there was stuff really going on between Ashton and Dakota, why wouldn't she have told me?" Especially if it was before the Calum stuff..."

"Because she doesn't care about you! How obvious can she be? She just needs you when her fake friends aren't enough for her, okay?" Ashton snapped.

There was a long pause before anyone said anything else.

"He's not lying...that's for sure." Michael chimed.

"How would either of you guys know? She's my best friend!"

Ashton laughed. Michael joined in.

"You're really smart, Aria. Probably one of the smartest people I know but seriously?" Michael asked.

None of us said anything else for the rest of the ride to Calum's house.

We parked at the front of a two-story house, similar to mine, and probably belonging to a perfect nuclear family.

I always knew where his house was but now that I was just looking at it more, he had the most normal house compared to Luke, Ashton, and Michael. I had never been inside before. I was glad that he was a lot like me than I thought. I followed Michael and Ashton as they left the car. They walked through the front door.

"No one's home," Ashton sighed.

"Typical," Michael whispered to himself.

"His family pisses me off sometimes," Ashton whined.

"Why?" I asked.

"His family is so picture frame perfect. He has both parents who he's close to and are happily married. He has his two sisters who are not bad looking and he is close with them too. Nothing is wrong with his family," Michael answered.

"He's so ungrateful," Ashton whined.

"You guys need to stop. If you guys have anything to say about him, might as well just tell him to his face. You claim he is your best friend but I bet there is still a shit ton of stuff going on that you don't even know about. Stop being so judgmental," I chimed.

"I think she's right. We've been friends with Calum forever and I think I can count on one hand how many times the two of us have been here."

"Hey...you should go up and talk to him first. I know you're eager to go. We'll be in the basement playing FIFA His room is upstairs, first door to the left," Michael mumbled.
