*BEEP BEEP BEEP
Ugh! That annoying ass alarm clock!
I roll out of my bed and trudge to the bathroom. I look in the mirror and cringe at the scary girl in a unicorn onesie. I brush my hair and my teeth and walk to the closet. I grab a polo shirt and some khakis. I hate this nerd look but I can't let no one know... i walk downstairs and I grab an apple to go because I can't be late on my first day at a new school. My mom looks at me and i can tell she has a lot going through her head.
"Sweetie, you know I love you either way but all of a sudden you changed your look, you started at crop tops and ripped jeans to polo shirts. Is everything okay?"

"Yeah everything is fine" I walk out the door and decided I should walk. I let the wind blow in my hair and let the thoughts of my past flood my mind."

                               At school

I walk up to the nice school filled with different teenagers talking about what they did on the weekend. Some tall strongly built person push past me rushing to get to his friends. My books fall and he didn't even look back to help. But I kept my innocent face. They can't know...
I see multiple pairs of eyes on me as I pick up my books. I slowly walk into the school and take a deep breath. Okay I got this. I look at the map that was given to me by the school. I look for the main office to get my schedule. When I spot it I head towards it clutching my books against my chest. I reach the main office and see about 3 kids waiting to be serviced by the gray haired lady as the front desk. I sit in the maroon chair and stare at the wall.

"How can I help you ma'am" the nice older lady said with her soft voice.

"Umm I'm new and I need a schedule please." I say in my nice soft voice. Good job I say to myself. It might not be hard to keep up the "image".

"Sure thing sweetie"

She handed me a piece of paper with my classes scheduled on it. Great, now let's get to class.
