"Bella is up to vat, we're tied 54 to 54, who will win?" Esme shouts, fulfilling her duty as ref. She stops and sniffs. Her eyes widen as she takes in the smell. "Time out! Two humans and two vampires, coming towards us, fast!" the humans burst out of the woods, running at, not vampire, but inhuman speeds. The vampires come out one second later.
Bella runs forward and stops the vampires, just as Edward shields the humans, keeping them from running away. Jasper looks closer, and sees that the humans both have half-moon cuts. That means only one thing.
"No hunting on our land's, or we'll have to attack. Go and don't ever come back." Bella says. The Vampires run away and disappear into the woods and will make it to Canada in a day.
"Carlisle, the humans have been bitten. There's nothing we can to about it. It's a miracle they haven't started screaming yet." Alice says.
"We aren't screaming because there's no need to scream. No one can help us, and becoming what we are becoming isn't as bad as some might say. Hurts about as much as two broken legs and one broken fist." The human girl says with her arms crossed. She can't be more than 19. "I'm Andi. This is Jay. We're orphans, and that is all that you need to know. And, bye." She says and bolts to the woods. Edward, the fastest, chases after her, hauling her back over his shoulders. Andi didn't struggle, sensing it wouldn't do any good. She suddenly winces. The knowledge of the definition of the word "poison" was finally getting to her head.
"What are you going to do to us? Kill us, torture us, or both?" The boy, Jay, said.
"Unfortunately, both. Alice, Bella, take Andi and Jay upstairs." Carlisle said. "Three," he held up there fingers. "Two," he held up two. "One." Andi and Jay fell asleep immediately. Bella carefully lifted Andi up and took her to the house, while Alice not-so-carefully hoisted Jay. She ran up to the house with him.
