Jenna
Jenna sat at her desk waiting for Mr Nox to check her work. She doodled in her note book and played with her hair.
She saw Ned in the front quickly finishing his work. She saw her two best friends Stella and Maddie passing notes, she knew they had no work done.
She saw Lucy Dawn struggling to finish her work and Ben teasing her.
Jenna knew everything about everyone, she knew the reason Mr Nox was so mean was because his wife left him for some male stripper, she knew that Lucy Dawn wanted to make her dad happy by getting good marks so he wouldn't disown her when she comes out and she knew Ben Parker was actually a nerd and got his work done 10 minutes ago and flipped his page so know one would know he was done already and she knew that her two best friends were passing notes about Ben and the other football players.
She knew all this because she finished her work before Mr Nox even assigned it.
You could say Jenna was a bit of a nerd, she buys the new text book instead of using one of the schools and while she could be hanging out with her friends she is actually copying down every answer to every question in the text books.
Five minutes before the bell Mr Nox walked infront of the class and smiled viciously
"For anyone who did not finish all thirty questions will be staying in for a detention" he smiled. The students groaned and started packing up their things.
After the bell rang Jenna, Stella and Maddie were walking down the hall
Jenna stopped at her locker and shoved her stuff into it and grabbed an apple out of her bag.
The girls continued walking and sat at their table with Ben and Lucy.
"Hey Jen" Ben says.
To be honest the only reason why they were sitting together was because Ben and Jenna were cousins and it was Ben's 'I hope you aren't sad about you moms death so I'll let you and your wierd friends sit with us' gift...
"Hey Ben" Maddie said, he ignored her.
Jake
It was hard being the new kid so when Jake walked into the cafeteria he didn't know what to do until he saw a boy and girls pointing at him and telling him to come to their table.
No one
Jenna was sat a the table reading when a boy sat beside her.
"Hey I'm Jake and this is Lucy"
"I'm Maddie"
"Stella, and bookworm over there is Jenna"
Now that got her attention but all she did was mutter a slight "hello".
Jake chuckled "I'm Jake"
