Chapter 8 - tanna?

" you scared me! " Tayler laughed a little, placing his hand on heart to act terrified.
I sighed, looking down at the ground before Tayler realised something was wrong.
" what happened? " he began, as I looked up and felt the tears forming in my eyes.
" I'll tell you later, but can we go back to yours for now? " I asked, and he nodded silently.
I don't know why I'm doing this. I'm in some guys car, who I only met 10 minors ago... and now I'm going back to his house! I feel like I trust him though.

I felt him place his hand on my leg, rubbing it up and down comfortingly. It was surprisingly comfortable, and I didn't exactly mind at this moment.

As soon as we reached his house, I was greeted by a homely and inviting scent, and I smiled a little.

We went upstairs to his room, sitting down on the bed. I immediately wrapped myself in a soft blanket, and he laughed a little at me. His house was one that you could easily feel at home to, you know?
" so, what's up? " he asked.
" can you tell me why you were still outside the restaurant first? " I raised a brow.
" I figured something would go wrong, I just had a feeling " he said.
" you sure? " I asked again.
" yep... I guessed that something was going to happen, so I waited just in case " he smiled.
Wow.
" Thanks Tayler " I laughed a little.
" no problem, but I need to know what happened " he said.
" well, I- I broke up with Grayson " I began, feeling my eyes tear up at the mention of his name.
I felt him pull me into his arms, engulfing me in a warm embrace. Without warning, he placed a soft kiss to my forehead and sighed.
" I'm guessing he's the boyfriend... it'll be okay though " he said.
I smiled to myself, why was I so happy about this? What am I doing?
I looked up into his eyes, not thinking about what I was about to do next. I placed my hand on his cheek, connecting my lips with his. He kissed back for a little while, before pulling away and smiling. I ignored him, leaning in closer and kissing him again passionately.
I guess you could say I move on quick. But the thing is, I knew it wasn't right. The whole time, I felt nothing. All I thought about was Grayson...
