It hasn't been too long that I have walked these streets: the trees perfectly lined up next to each other, their leafs playfully dance in the wind as the autumn breeze sets in, sending a shiver down your spine for a second. These very same streets were filled with bright colors the other day, and even though nothing changed about the weather, today the colors are grim, as if the world is covered in a grey wash.
It's scary how your mood affects how you see the world around you. It's even scarier to think it also works the other way around. How you feel shouldn't affect the people around you, how they see and treat you. It's sad, really.
I found that time will give you strenght to climb up, to fight against those who judge and fight for the ones you hold dear. But it's a long road, I tell you. And an intensly bumpy ride.
