"i think i've been telling lies cause i've never been in love."
I think i found an angel. I thought he was different from other friends who'd left. he would give me a smile while i gave him frowns. little by little he changed me. he smiled and i smiled back. it was wonderful i had never been in love before. how lucky i was to have him as my first love. "i love you." he would say. 'friendly guy he was' i would think. "i love you too." i would say back unknowing of the meaning and importance. he said it as a friend and i as much more. he never knew. how hard it was to hide things from an angel. He loved me. as a friend. or so i thought. His back against me as i played with his hair was when he told me. I remember it like yesterday, sadly.
"dan.."
"yes?"
"i..iloveyouokay?"
"okay..i love you too."
"i know, but not like me..I love you like as..more than friends..." i was confused. i'd never been in love before. i was fairly(local) new to this.
"as like..best friends?" i must've sounded so stupid.
"no..like..lovelove like i want to marry you someday. i would want a future for us.." at that piont i remember i was blushing and said it back. He kissed me and it was wonderful. 'I have found an angel' i thought then. little did i know a beautiful angel would cause so much damage. if only i knew then. if only..i never found that angel way back when.
