We took our food and seat on our regular table.

''Hey, Am, can I seat here'' Ely asked me standing with a tray on her hand.

"Of course you can" I said chewing my food. Thanking me She took a seat beside me on my left side.

"Ely, meet my best friend Clair and Clair meet Ely my new friend and the new student" I introduce them to one another.

"Hey Ely, welcome" Clair said with a polite smile extending her hand to Ely.

Taking her Extended hand. "Thank you Clair, we are going to be a great friends " Ely said squealing and giggling like a kid who won a candy.

After their small introduction they sat and started chatting like a long lost friend.

Clair looked behind me and her face lit up, and a smile slowly crept on her lip. So I took as a clue it's her boyfriend, Jack. Her first and only boyfriend. Yea, Jack is her first boyfriend and they have been together for one year. They love each other so much and I wish I have that kind of love with my crush James Ryder who stole my attention since freshman year.

"Down to earth, Am, you zone out a lot" she said looking at me.

Now Jack is sitting next to her, opposite to me. Giving me his cocky smirk.

" you okay?" he ask me.
"Yea, I'm fine thanks" I said smiling. Jack and me, we got close since he starting dating Clair. He is a good friend and like a brother to me.

"So You are a new student every is talking about, I'm Jack Clair's boyfriend " Jack introduce himself to Ely.

"Yes I'm the new student, I'm Lily but you can call me Ely" Ely said smiling.

Jack and Clair started talking about their practice.

"So You are in cheerleader?" Ely asked me chewing her food.

"No, I'm not interested but Clair, she is. Why? Your interested" I ask her. This question make Clair look at our direction. I saw her Curiously Waiting for Ely's answer.

"Yeah, I love being in a cheerleader group, even in my last school i was apart of it" she said excitedly. Clair face lit up hearing Ely's answer.

"Ely, you wanna join. I can ask the coach if you want" Clair ask her with a hope. Since I'm not interested Clair has been alone with no friend, i ask her to make friends with other but she said 'no one is as good as you beside all have been a bitch to me'. She asked me to join but i refused so now she is hoping Ely could join her.

"Yes, i could love to join" Ely said grinning like she won a lottery ticket.

Clair took out her phone and started typing not long a message came. Reading the message her face lit up.

"Ely, good news you are selected so you can Start from today" Clair said grinning

"Oh My God!!! Really I'm so exited" Ely said squealing, jumping up and down. By now everyone was looking at her like she had grown two head. And when i said everyone i mean the whole student of our school. Feeling embarrassed she sat down quickly thanking Clair. We started digging our food.

I heard a voice calling Jack, I look up to see my crush James coming towards our table. My heart starting beating fast like I've run a marathon and suddenly my body feels hot.

I heard my phone buzzing, looking at it, it was a message from Clair asking me 'if i was okay' I look at her and mouthed 'I'm fine'. She just nodded. Clair knows i like James.

''Hey, Guys'' James said and Sat next to me. We said hi.

"hey man, i waited for you but you were no where to be found so i thought that you went with Lucy to finish your unfinished business" Jack said to James smirking.

"Well, you got it right" James said grinning. Jack shook his head not believing his friend.

"And who could this beautiful girl be, I'm James " James ask winking towards Ely.

''I'm Lily, in short you call me Ely" she said giggling. I felt a Pang of jealousy in my heart as he call her beautiful and flirt with her. Clair seeing my uncomfortable interrupt.

"Am, I have a practice after school so I can't drop you today" she said with an apologetic smile.
Just than her eyes lit up and smirk at me. Looking at her i felt she has some evil plan in her mind. Before i could reply her.

"Since Jack don't have practice today he's planning to wait for me and Ely starts her practice today , James why don't you give a lift to Am? If you don't mind " Clair said eyeing me. I glare at her with my wide eyes.

Everyone look at James for his answer, i was hoping he could say Yes and No because 1. (Yes) Getting an opportunity to sit alone with him in a car even though it is a short drive 2. (No) I can't talk or face him due to my shyness and i feel nervous around him.

"Sure I'm free, you can count on me Am. I'll be waiting for you at my car, meet me there" James said winking at me.

Thanking him I gave a polite smile.

The Bell rang and we went to our class
