“You have a nice apartment.” said Reyna
The apartment was small. There was the living room in the center of the home that you see when you first walk in, then a bathroom and the kitchen on one side, with two bedroom's on the other. In the living room on the opposite side of the door there was a screen door leading to a small deck outside.
“Thanks, it was my moms and she died right before I got into the college I'm in now so it was passed down to me.” Said Thalia as she got two plates out of the cabinet.
“Sorry to hear that” Said Reyna.
“No, no, it's fine. Her death was hard at first but I'm fine now.” Said Thalia with a small smile.
“Okay, suppers ready” Thalia said as she held up two plates.
“Thanks-” Said Reyna as she took a plate. “Can we eat on the deck?” She asked.
“Yea sure.” Thalia replied as they walked outside to the deck and sat down in the two blue chairs with one small wooden table in between them.
“So you're the famous Reyna Jay keeps talking about.” said Thalia with a smirk.
“I guess.” Reyna chuckled.
“So, what do you think our tattoo's mean?” asked Thalia.
“I've never actually seen our tattoos.” said Reyna.
“What? That makes no sense! It's right there on you're wrist, how could you miss it?” Asked Thalia looking confuzzled (AN: Yes I used the confuzzled word... Stop judging me).
“Well, I was too nervous to look when I was little because there was an old legend about a guy who looked at his tattoo and turned to stone because his soulmate died.” Said Reyna feeling silly.
“So what have you been doing to keep from looking at it?”
Reyna held up her wrist which had an ace bandage wrapped around it right where her tattoo should be “This bandage and a few other things.” Reyna said looking down embarrassed.
“What other things?” Thalia asked with her brows furrowed as she set her plate of food down on the table and scooted her chair closer to Reyna's.
“N-nothing. I promise” Reyna stuttered.
"Shit" Reyna thought "If she found out she would hate me"
“Okay...” Thalia said. “Fine, but I'll find out in a minute or so.” Thalia said as she left her food and went inside to sit on the living room couch.
Reyna followed.
“What makes you say that?” Asked Reyna.
Thalia smirked
“Oh nothing just...-” Thalia paused. “THIS!”
“HEY WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?” Reyna yelled as Thalia pinned her to the ground and laid on top of her so she couldn't move.
Thalia grabbed Reyna's arm, and started to unwrap Reyna's bandage.
“P-please don't look.” Said Reyna with a few tears in her eyes. “I c-can't, I d-don't want you to see.
“Why are you crying? I'm not gonna hurt you I was just messing around. I'm sorry if I upset you.”
Said Thalia as she got off Reyna.
“Shit it's uncovered.” Reyna said as she held up her wrist stupidly.
Thalia gasped. Across Reyna's fore-arm were over 50 different cut marks completely covering Reyna's tattoo. Some were still bleeding, like they had been cut just a few hours before.
When Reyna saw that Thalia was staring she picked up the bandage and started to rewrap her wrist.
“I-I... Y-you c-cut?” Thalia asked with few tears in her eyes. She didn't know why she was crying.
“I think I should go.” Reyna said after she was done wrapping her bandage around her wrist.
“No wait-” Thalia said wiping the few tears she had in her eyes out “I get it, I don't judge you for cutting. I used to after my mom died. If you ever need help just come talk to me, I can help... I wanna help you. Thalia said with a smile.
Reyna thought for a moment. No one had ever offered to help her with this problem before. They just looked at her like she was a freak.
“O-okay.” said Reyna a little shocked.
“Do you think you could stop by around six on Monday?” asked Thalia
“Yea, Monday works.” Said Reyna awkwardly
Thalia and reyna just stared at eachother for a few seconds.
“I gotta go.” Reyna said as she ran out.
“Wait!” Thalia tried, but the other girl was already gone.

AN: Okay this chapter was a little awkward. Sorry...
