Chapter 24

Just the day before they completed their task of surprising their mothers and now they were all too happy since they will now have the time to hang out after classes. Luhan has been like a son to all their mothers so they couldn't just hangout without telling them about Luhan's arrival and Tao didn't wanted to just tell, it was too plain and boring for him. That's the reason it took a whole week to surprise the mothers.

"So, where should we go?" Kai asked once they stepped out of campus.

"The park nearby, I heard they are going to host a movie screening later in the evening." Chen suggested,"Might as well have some fun before that, we also haven't been there in a while."

The others didn't really had anything else in mind so they agreed.

When the park became visible in sight from far Tao and Chen shared a glance already reading each other's mind and both of them dashed towards the park shouting,"The last person would be doing the dirty dance!!"

Another old ritual of them to race on everything, they would always do it for their own entertain or amusement or when they were bored or to see the unlucky one burn in embarrassment.

Sehun was the first to come in action among the others who were left behind, without another thought he grabbed Luhan's hand who got startled instead and made a dash towards the park too. He was the one who actually started it so of course he wouldn't want to be the last and the thought of Luhan doing dirty dance infront of strangers eyes didn't appeal to him.

"CHEN!"

"TAO!"

"YAHH!!"

"WHAT THE!!"

"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS!!"

"THIS IS NOT FAIR!!"

"CHEATERS!!"

"DAMMIT!!"

"DONT YOU TWO DARE TO ASK FOOD FROM ME AGAIN!!"

Only after seeing Sehun and Luhan run already a meter away did the others too came in action and started cursing the other two who were already running ahead meters away, while running behind Hunhan.

The fun too was back.

Sehun could feel his heartbeat increasing due to running or the fact he was holding Luhan's hand, he wasn't sure but like always he liked it. He look at Luhan who too looked back at him and both of them smiled at each other.

8 witnesses were behind them who were too happy at the sight. They were just hoping the two to be back like before.

"Sehun-ah!" Luhan shrieked.

Sehun almost tripped because instead of the way, he was paying more attention to the adorable out-of-breath Bambi.

The up and down bouncing of his shiny hair with the pink cheeks and red ear-tips also the way Luhan was huffing for breath were too cute for Sehun to look away.

Luhan wasn't bad at running and with Sehun's running speed both of them were just a few feets away from Tao and Chen. Tao with his incredible speed and using advantage of his long legs was able to beat Chen and started fist pumping in air. Sehun and Luhan too reached the park after not so long resulting in 3rd place.

"You okay?" Sehun asked on seeing Luhan breathe heavily with his red face. Back then Luhan didn't really got exhausted easily so it was worrying the younger.

"Yeah." Luhan stood up straight from his bending position and smiled assuring the younger,"Just haven't run for the past years."

"No wonder you are getting chubby." Sehun teased and started wiping the sweats forming on Luhan's forehead using his sleeves.
