An unusual love

Chapter 3 - Mark's Day

It was august 25, it had passed two years since Mark's death, it hurted even more since I found out that he was going to ask me to finally move in with him. His friends were my biggest support: jb, youngjae, jackson, jinyoung, bambam and yugyeom. We had a group chat in WhatsApp and always in that day we always agreed to do something that mark loved: basketball, rap, even karaoke and bowling, but this year we were kinda of lost.

God I hope mark is with you, like rapping and dancing and being the awkward bean he is, I know it has been two years Polly tries to talk to us the best she can but with her schedule and the fact that we were his friends I think everytime she talks to us, it reminds her of that night... we don't blame her and we told her that but she's too humble and pure.
Mark always said that he someday would marry her, he never stopped talking about her, they were so happy,we actually thought he wasn't serious however last week we were cleaning his desk in jyp and we discovered a box with a ring, a small one but beautiful with a diamond and in that box was a flashdrive. And today will be the day we all watch it.

Bambam: dude what the hell ? You high or something ? But morning guys
Jb: morning
Youngjae: morning
Jinyoung: I made breakfast guys! And morning
Jackson: I am not high bambam I am just strange
Yugyeom: I wanna go back to sleep I am way too tired, but morning, Humm yummy
Me: morning guys !
Everyone: Polly !!!
Me: ahh I miss you so much guys you have no idea what happened
Yugyeom: jungkook told me so you showed them your talent in the middle of meet and greet
Me: Mia forced me
Jb: I'll marry Mia someday, cause that must have been hard as hell so I applaud her for succeeding !
Yugyeom: but the guys really liked you, I knew they would !
Me: thanks yugyeom !!
Jackson: my sunshine Polly so how's the e.r ? Btw jinyoung the breakfast is just dope !
Me: Jackson my darling it's doing well in my watch no one died so that's good!
Bambam: great! We miss you so much as well, we think about you all the time
Youngjae: true true so our appointment still stands right?
Me: yeah 2pm at my house
Jb: great ! Btw maybe you could send some info on Mia I really would love to meet her !
Jackson: why the hell are you that thirsty jb ?
Me: ahhahaha it's fine I'll give you everything I have on her don't you worry!! Well I have to go guys sorry I can't talk that long...
Yugyeom: don't worry we'll see each other this afternoon!
Jackson: take care love !
Jb: love you!
Bambam: love you love you!
Jinyoung: looking forward to see you again Polly !
Me: I love you too guys !! Bye!!

It was five am, I  still couldn't sleep. I thought about mark all night and about every single moment we had..
I gain courage to get out of bed and I take a shower, I pick a white t shirt with dean's face on it, a pair of ripped jeans and      
the same pair of converse (I always wore them cause they were a gift from mark in one of my birthdays)

I get to the hospital and I walk to terminal care, I hear someone playing the piano and it's Suga..
Me: suga hey what are you doing here ?
Suga: I miss you and I came to see you ! I hope it's ok
Me: it's great and I missed you too!
Lea and Myra: can you give us a autograph?
Suga: yeah sure ! You guys are so pretty !!
Lea and Myra blush and say thank you...
Jason and Mac: dude we do some raps do you wanna see it ?
Suga: yeah show them !!
The boys start rapping and suga seemed happy and entertained, while the kids were happy and distracted I gave them the meds mixed with juice...
The kids then feel thirsty so they drink it, suga comes to me confused
Suga: what did you do ?
Me in a quiet tone: while they were distracted, they don't like the meds for the chimio so I always put them in places where they can't taste them...
Suga: oh ok, they seem really happy !
Me: yeah they do !
Suga: well I have to go me and the guys have a rehearsal !
Me: have fun and tell them that I miss them ! And we should all arrange something!!
Suga: Will do ! Byee!

I look at the time it's 1pm
Me: kids I have to go!!
All kids: bye Polly !! Tell suga and the rest of bts to come some other day !
Me: Will do bye kids be safe!!

I take the bus and I get home, I noticed the door was unlocked and I started to worry... I enter and I see Jackson..
Me: guys you scared the living shit outta me !
Jackson: we thought we could surprise you !
Yugyeom: hey Polly (hugs me)
The rest of the guys also hug me...
Me: do I smell brownies?
Jinyoung: yes you do!! I made them!
Bambam: when are they ready I am starving!!!
Jinyoung: in a minute !
Youngjae: jb is the projector ready ?
Jb: yeah it is hold on a sec !
Me: what are we gonna watch ?
Jackson: we don't know either...
Me: what then how did you chose it ?
Yugyeom: it was in Mark's stuff...
Me: oh
Youngjae: come on jb hurryyyyy
Jackson: he also had something in that box but we'll give you later...
Me: hum ok
Jinyoung had prepared some chocolate brownies and vanilla ice cream
We all sit in the sofa: Jackson and yugyeom by my side, jinyoung at Jackson's side along with youngjae, while jb and bambam sit at yugyeom' side...
The movie starts ..

I see mark, looking red and anxious, the movie's time stamp indicates its the day before the crash
Mark: hey Polly, so as you know I am coming home tonight and I am in practice with the hyungs.. but hum I decided to make this tape so it would be easier, you know me, despite being outgoing when it comes to feelings I am mess when it comes to expressing them... so we've known each other too long, I loved you since I first saw you , you were different than everyone else, with the cute smile on your face and your eyes that stared so sweet at me. I am a fool for you and always have been... I want you to move in with me, I want us to be in the same room, I want to come home to you every night, you are my home! But I am still to scared to tell you ... I love everything about you, I love the way you are shorter than me but you still look better in my clothes than I do, I love the way you talk with husky low voice, I love the way you call me, I love the way you fix me, I just love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you...Humm (starts playing got7 - confession song) the guys think I am crazy but I am serious, you make me better and you are my life, I even bought a ring, it's not big but I know you are a simple girl so I think you'll like it, of course I'll only ask you after of couple of years (Jackson calls him an idiot and tells him his private time is up) well I have to go but I love you Polly, I love you !
The movie ends with mark blowing me a kiss...

Jackson is looking at me and they all get up...
Jackson: I found this flashdrive along with this box...
He opens it, its the ring
Me: hum hum (I start to cry and smile) he was going to propose ?
Yugyeom: yeah, we didn't know but since Jackson discovered it we decided that it's place was with you
Bambam and youngjae: Will you marry us Polly ?
Me: ahaha (wiping my tears) yes I will
The night ends at 11 pm and the guys leaving and telling me to be safe...
