That's When I Awoke

This is a true story that happened to me a few days ago. It was early in the morning. I was asleep, of course, when I wake up at 2:55 am. It was rather strange since I don't normally wake up that early in the morning. There's this saying: "If you wake up between 2 and 3 in the morning, it means that someone is watching you" and that is proven as a psychological fact. I felt that someone was watching me. I'm not joking. I lay awake for a couple of minutes, trying to go back to sleep. And then I heard it. Someone KNOCKED on my window only loud enough that I could hear it. But I think my dog heard it too cuz he looked at my window the same time I did and that he growled at it but I told him that it was alright. I also saw something. I saw a pure white hand move away from the window. I lay in shock for a few minutes, looking at the window thinking "What did I just see?". I still don't know what I seen that night. Was it a ghost? An entity? Or something more?

I can't get it out of my head and its been weeks or maybe a month now. I hope I don't see it again, whatever it is. I really hope that it doesn't show up again because if it does, I'm screwed because I figured out what it is... It's the..
