The ally was dark and cold. The backstreets walked down the quite ally. The backstreets were a gang of boys. There was five of them to be exact. They all were different and had their own problems to deal with. There was Max, Dylan, Chris, Ethan, and Henry. Chris was the leader of the gang, he was tough, smart, and good looking. Then there was Dylan who was the kind of the go with the flow guy. Ethen was the one who was sneaky. Henry was the genius of the five, he always had his research done. Lastly, Max, he was the one who was small and could get into places the rest of the gang couldn't. I was Dylan, the go with the flow guy. I never really argued with anyone, and I didn't like to cause fights. We walked down the dark ally. To us it wasn't really scary. Chris lead us to a small picnic table in the ally. This is were we liked to chill. It was late, but I didn't want to go back home. Our parents didn't really care about us that much. Anyway as we were about to sit down another gang walked down the ally. It was Bobs gang, they were one of the toughest gangs there were. We knew things were about to be messy and we had to forget about chilling. "What you losers doing in our ally." Bob said in a tough voice. Chris approached Bob but non of the other ones did. "We were here first," I couldn't believe Chris was so brave. Then bob punched Chris right in the face. I could tell a fight was about to go on. Chris fell right to the ground with his face bleeding. Bob then stepped right over Chris as him and his gang were leaving. Chris slowly got up, then we could really see how hard Bob must have hit him. "You okay Chris?" Asked Max. "Ya, but when I get Bob back things sure won't be pretty." We knew Chris hurt to see the gang looking at him when he was in pain. Henry got out his first aid kit and started to clean Chris up. At first Chris refused to get cleaned up but after a while he agreed. We all got up and started to leave but me and Max stayed back a little to talk. "They really beat up Chris." Max said kicking rocks as he went. "Ya," I managed to say. If Chris didn't stand up to Bob, we all would have gotten beat up.
