The sun felt good on my face. I looked over and saw that Sapphy and SkyBird were chatting with each other. Ayame was looking down at all the buildings and trees that looked so tiny from up here. Peter was looking straight ahead making sure no helicopters, planes, or birds were in our way. I smiled to myself. This was our flock.

"Hey look over there," Ayame said pointing at a school.

"What about it?" I asked a bit confused.

"Well an avian might still be going to school," Ayame replied.

"Right. I bet someone with wings can still go to school," I said sarcastically

"No she's got a point," Sapphy added.

"How can someone with wings still go to school without anyone seeing their wings?" I asked puzzled.

"What about nekos, vampires, mermaids, werewolves, shapeshifters, and centuars? They're also avians," Sapphy answered.

"Oh your right," I said just remembering that there were more than just winged beings living on Earth.

"Even if there is an avian hiding in that school how are we going to get in the school? SkyBird asked joining the conversasion.

"Yeah. It's not like we can just hide our wings under a sweater. They're too big," Peter added.

"We could wear cloaks," Ayame suggested shrugging.

"I guess we could," I said.

"Now where are we gonna get cloaks to wear?" SkyBird asked.

"What about the good old fashioned looking through houses?" Saphhy asked with a bit of a smile.

"We just might want to make sure no ones home before we break into their house," Peter chuckled.

"Well of course we would make sure no one's home!" Sapphy said laughing.

"Ok then let's go get some cloaks," I said to eveyone.

We landed near a house that looked quiet. We all carefully snuck into the house by using a window. Once in we all decided to spilt up and look in different rooms. Sapphy went down to the basement. SkyBird chose to look in the attic. Ayame got to search the living room. Peter was searching in guest bedroom. That meant I had to search in the bedroom. I opened the door to a room and peaked my head in. I put my hands over my mouth making sure I wouldn't scream from what I saw in the room. There curled up in a sea of blankets was a little girl sleeping. I quietly shut the door and decided to check a different room. I opened the door to the parents room and almost lost it when I saw that both parents were sleeping soundly. I noticed a clock on the dresser and saw that it was only 3:27 AM in the morning. It made sense that the parents would still be sleeping. No wonder the house was so quiet.

"I really need to get a watch," I whispered to myself. I noticed two cloaks in the closet that was right next to the sleeping parents. I tip toed to the closet and quietly grabbed the cloaks. Then I bolted out of the room ver careful not to make any noise.

"I found two cloaks," I said quietly to everyone.

"Why are you whispering?" Sapphy asked.

"The family that lives here is sleeping," I replied in a hushed voice.

"Oh," Sapphy whispered.

"So didn anyone find any cloaks besides me?" I asked softly.

"I did. I found like seven different cloaks. Plus I found a hat I can hide my wolf ears in," Ayame said quietly showing us all the cloaks and the hat.
