Darkness.  That's all all Becca could see. Nothing. She knew it was foolish to jump into a purple vortex spinning in the middle of the river but she knew it was the fearless thing to do. She needed to do it, for her brother, for Georgia and for Liam.

She began spinning, the pace quicken. Light and dark flashing before for eyes. It began to accelerate more, increasing each time she took a breath.. she could began to see something beneath her coming closer... SOLID ROCK...

Curling up into a tight ball she squeezed her eyes shut as hard as she could and braced her self for the impact of the fall..

She stopped falling millimetres before hitting the ground.. she was still curled up into her tightly packed ball... but her wings weren't. Flapping softly keeping her afloat. Straightening herself out, Becca stood up on two legs and looked around. Two tunnels, Two possible ways out. She looked left, she looked right...

Her gut told her left but her heart told her right. She closed her eyes and thought. Left, Right, Left, Right.

Right. Turning to her right she took a deep breath and stepped inside the never ending darkness in front of her..

Pushing forward she kept her arms out for balance and for any obstacles in front of her.

A light began to get expand and get brighter in front of her. Running towards it, she could start to work out what it was.

A door.
