STAR WARS: 7 years later

Chapter Two

The Skywalker family sat in the living room of their apartment talking to each other and Luke said, "Father, could you tell us what happened, when you traveled to the future,[Himself, Leia and Padme together] Please?" Anakin kind of smirked and said, " you guys really want to know about that story because that was one of the craziest times of my entire life." He said smiling, Padme said, " We've got all day. You can start at the beginning Ani." Anakin never forgot a single moment including the moment when he went back in time. He started, "It all started when I had just sent Obi-Wan off to fight Grievous. I was in my starfighter and was on my way home when I became blinded by a sudden flash of light. While that was going on I had a force vision and it went a lot like this.... It will be better to show you then to tell you." He reached up a hand and used the force to put his family into the memory of that moment with him.

Padme and the twins could not believe what they had just heard Padme most of all she heard Luke say," Whoa! What was the deal with the guy with the deep voice and the mechanical breathing." Anakin looked at his son mournfully and said, " You'll find out later on in the story Luke." He began describing how he got on to the ship, "I nearly came face to face with the man who had the deep voice these are images of how he looked." Anakin showed all of them the tall menacing figure of Darth Vader from his memories, and Padme gasped when she saw the figure,"As for the breathing that you were mentioning earlier Luke he had to let the suit breath for him, along with several other things it was a life support suit. Vader couldn't survive without it, because injuries he'd suffered years earlier in a battle against his old master, he was once a Jedi Knight, but he turned to the dark side of the force. He lost everything, the woman he loved more than life itself, his children, his humanity and his soul, all to the Emperor, a Dark Lord of the Sith called Darth Sidious. But though Vader's wife died his children did not, but they were separated at birth to hide them from the Emperor. Because you see the Republic fell in Vader's time line and was replaced by a Galactic Empire. The Emperor ordered the destruction of all the Jedi in the galaxy, the only two to survive that I know of there was Master Yoda and Obi-Wan. But anyway I found R2 and Threepio on the ship I snuck around and while Vader and the Stormtroopers were fighting the Rebellion that had risen up against the Empire myself and the droids escaped in an escape pod then we were separated and I found myself inside Mos Eisley cantina on Tatooine. I came face to face with Obi-Wan's older self and a young seventeen year old Luke Skywalker. " Luke was amazed by his father's story about his journey into the future. Anakin said, " Luke in the other time line had been told that his father had been murdered by Darth Vader, and he had no memory of his mother because she died mere seconds after him and his sister were born and named." Padme sniffled and wiped away tears in her eyes and then began to listen to Anakin's side of what happened seven years ago. Anakin continued on about him coming on board the Millennium Falcon and being devastated by hearing about Padme's death from Obi-Wan and then the fight on the Death Star, and then Luke smiled when he saw his father's chest swell with pride when he heard him say, "Luke, you were the one who blew up the Death Star." But his smile faded when he heard that Vader had escaped. He continued until he got to the part about the fight on Bespin he decided to show them what it would have been like without him being there to help Luke's alternate self.

Padme and the twins gasped and Anakin had tears running down his face. Padme said, "Anakin?! You were....that monster?!" Anakin nodded and lifted his head and faced his family and said, "I am so, so, sorry....for what our future would've been. I was sent to the future to see the consequences of my actions the story only get's worse I discovered what happened to Vader it happened a lot like this, and please... Padme, don't hate me when you see it, that goes for you guys too I'm begging you, I love you with all of my heart and soul.

Padme screamed with tears in her eyes," No!!! It can't be!!!! " the twins were crying as well Luke got up and ran to and hugged his father for dear life, " I'm sorry that you, went through so much pain father! " Luke said choking on his sobs, " That's okay, son because in the end it was you who saved me I'm going to show all of you something that Luke here did on board the second Death Star it's a little bit violent but in the end it saved Vader.

Anakin said, "After that Palpatine came down and tried one last time to turn Alternate Luke to the dark side, and when he failed to do so he tried to kill him with Force lightning but failed thanks to me showing Vader [to Padme] images of you, my love. Because of you he saved Luke but he mortally wounded himself in Destroying Sidious. Myself and Luke carried Vader back to the shuttle that we had arrived in......he asked Luke to help him remove his mask and helmet, with his dying breaths he told me to take care of you better than he did, and to cherish the moments that we have together..... [Anakin crying] He told me to tell you that he loves you, that he never stopped loving you and that he never would. Then he turned to Luke and begged him to leave him there, but Luke refused to give in to his request Vader told Luke that he was right about there still being good in him and he said," Tell your sister, you were right. " Vader died in the other Luke's arms seconds afterward. We built a funeral pyre and burned the suit, after seeing Ghost me and Ghost you reunite I was thrown back to my own time and I told Master Yoda about Palpatine and myself and Master Windu killed him. And of course the next day our two little angels right here were born. " Anakin smiled down at Luke and Leia, who clung to him as if their very lives depended on it. He kissed his children on top of their heads and ushered them off to bed. Padme stood in the doorway to her and Anakin's bedroom and said, "Come here you, handsome devil. We have some..... aggressive negotiations to attend to in here." She said with a seductive smile and Anakin got the hint and said, "OOH! I like the sound of that!" They laughed and walked into the bedroom closing the door behind them. The rest of the evening was filled with both Anakin's and Padme's gasps, moans, groans, and cries, until it was all over into the early hours of the morning, they silently fell asleep in each other's arms until the break of dawn.

The next morning, Anakin woke up and said, "Good morning, my love. Sleep well?" She could only nod in reply with a smile on her face. Anakin said, "Last night, was......" Padme said, "Incredible!" Anakin laughed and said, "To say, the least! Yes it was." He reached over and kissed her before he got up throwing his clothes on and said, "What does my angel want for breakfast this morning, hmm?!" Padme had to think about it. She answered him by saying that she wanted some eggs, bacon, toast, and some Strawberry's. Anakin laughed and said, "As M'lady wishes." Anakin walked out of the bedroom and programmed Threepio to prepare the meal. When they were through eating breakfast, Anakin and Luke said that they had to go. She and Anakin kissed and then Luke jumped into Anakin's speeder and Anakin followed suit, they headed straight to the temple and started the day all over again. But Anakin was sent to arrest the Separatist leaders, Anakin thought it would be a good bring your son to work day, so he brought Luke with him to Mustafar." Anakin and the Clone troopers landed on the platform and began their march towards the control room.
