Returning home from the supermarket with a big smile wasn't a regular happening for you. What might have caused your noticeably huge happiness? Well it started from your journey to the supermarket.

Walking through the crowd, saying excuse me to the people you bump into and taking a rest for a few short breaths of fresh air. Standing on your tip-toes to see if you were heading the right way under the blazing sun wasn't exactly appealing.

Especially to a lazy bum like you who would rather prefer a silent, cool and non-strenouos activity inside your house. But your tongue yearned for the taste of snacks while you were watching an anime and so it lead to you begrudgingly walking to the supermarket for more.

You clicked your tongue in annoyance and tried to think of food to lighten your mood a little, "Hmm.. (F/f) sounds delicious right now.." You muttered under your breath a little bit of drool in the corner of your mouth which you wiped away quickly as soon as it appeared.

You were wearing a white t-shirt under a messily worn (f/c)-colored jacket and a pair of comfortable shorts and rubber shoes. It was pretty average in the sense of style but it was something you grabbed from your closet within a few minutes of frenzied movements of hunger.

Well, exaggerated hunger.. You weren't exactly starving.
Just yearning for something to eat. Being a glutton.
Normal life for you I guess..?

A small smile graced your face when you saw the ever-familiar signboard. You entered with light steps while humming a cheerful tune. Turning right to grab a shopping cart and walking down from aisle to aisle of food.

You grabbed a loadful of random junk food, drinks and was going to choose some sweets but was greeted by a nervous, fumbling teen who was trying hard to not drop the gigantic pile of sweets.

"E-eh ..?" You managed to croak out with a 'wth' expression on your face.

Normally you wouldn't care less for a normal civilian having a hard time but somehow you felt like being a good guy for once. You just brushed your feeling off as an influence from the anime you just watched with hero characters.

You got closer to the white-haired man and spoke quietly with a hint of uncertainty, I mean.. What would you expect from someone who doesn't socialize regularly.

"W-would you.. like some help!?" You asked nervously, "I-I meant.. would you like me to help you..?" You cursed yourself for stuttering, hell, who wouldn't stutter anyway when such an adorable teen was in front of you.

The man blinked owlishly and gave a big sigh of relief, "Thank you.. and sorry for troubling you."

Which then lead to you having to go with the man who introduced himself as Nakajima Atsushi to a building called the Armed Detective Agency, it seemed to be average-sized, suitable for an agency of sorts.

"You should go inside (L/n)-san." Atsushi smiled at you gently.

You shook your head and smiled back at him, "Its fine. See you some other time.. I guess?" Your smiled faltered a little and then replaced by an unsure grin.

You turned around and headed back, holding your groceries to your apartment with a happy aura. Like stated before, an unusual occurrence for you.

You met a cute white-haired guy who was carrying a lot of sweets, helped him and went home.

That's what happened.

And you didn't regret it.
