Kaida's POV

Neither of us spoke again until we went to the ramen shop, the same one I stole from. I couldn't help but wonder if he brought me there on purpose. We both sat on the stools and Kakashi ordered that day's special. Just then some boy shouted from behind us.

"Hey Kakashi-sensei! Hope your treating me to some ramen too!" I turned towards the voice. A young spikey-haired blonde boy walked towards us with a big smile on his face. He wore and orange and black jacket, and orange trousers. He had a black forehead protector with long strands from the tie behind his head on his forehead. A light pink short-haired girl followed him. She wore a red sleeveless top with a white ring on the back of it. She wore an short light pink apron skirt over black shorts. She had long black boot-sandels on and a red forehead protecter on her head as a hairband. She was also smiling as she walked towards us. Why are people so smiley here?

"Hi Kakashi-sensei." The pink girl waved. "I hope I'm getting some ramen t-" She cut her sentence short. "Who's this?" She stared at me, looking almost jealous.

"Hey Naruto, Sakura. Theres someone I'd like you to meet." He smiled under his mask and gestured his hand towards me.

"This is......well...." He paused and scratched the back of his head.

"I don't really know-" He began before I cut him off. This was annoying me, and was probably annoying him too.

"Kaida" I announced. Kakashi looked at me, his smile replaced with a surprised 'O' and surprise in his eyes.

"Kaida. That's a nice name." He said smiling again. These ninja are strange....

"Uh..hi Kaida." Sakura said to me, looking a bit disappointed...why? She gave a small wave and then put her hands behind her back, looking at the ground.

"Hey! You're new around here, what-" Naruto began but was cut off by Kakashi.

"Ok! Enough with the introductions. Kaida, come on. I need to get you cleaned up before we talk with the Hokage." With that, he got up and gestured me to follow him away from the shop. As I was walking away, I turned to see two speechless faces gaping after us. Why was Kakashi being so hasty?

We walked into another shop that I couldn't be bothered to read the name of. As I walked inside, I saw many pieces of clothing and materials. Kakashi had brought me to a clothes shop.

He brought me to the counter where he said something to the woman behind the counter, making her nod and smile at me.

"Ok Kaida, this woman here is going to help you pick out and design your new clothes. I'm just going to be in the book shop over there" He pointed at a small looking book shop across the street.

"I'll be back in a few minutes. Don't take too long." He gave me a small wave and walked oer to the book shop. I looked around slowly. The only thing that came from my mouth was "Uhhh....". I didn't know what to do. I'd never been in clothes shop, yet alone pick out or design clothes.

"So! Kaida, my darling. Let's get started!" the woman almost screeched. This woman was a bit over the top. She a bit too hyper. She grabbed my arm and brought me through to the back of the shop. Behind the door was a big darkish room full of many different types and colours of fabrics and modelling mannequins. The woman brought me to a chair and lightly pushed me onto it. She skipped to the big circular lamp that was on a small wooden side table across the room, switched it on, and skipped back to me. She bent down, and began speaking to me like I was a child.

"Now, I'm going to ask you a few questions, and your going to answer and I'll be able to come up with a rough sketch. After that, you can change it and then we'll pick the fabrics and then...." She went on and on about what we were going to do as she walked around sorting the many fabrics that were around the room. I zoned out from her annoying voice and spotted a drawing pad and a pencil on another small wooden side table beside me. I picked up the pad and flicked through the pages that had a few designs on them, all of them quite good. The woman sounded as if she was going to go on for another while, so I grabbed the pencil and began drawing on a blank page clothes I wanted to wear. I couldn't draw very well because of my broken arm, and it was the thing I least wanted to do at that time but anything was better than listening to that woman. But as I drew, I couldn't help but let my mind wonder to think about that Naruto and Sakura, and what Sakura's problem was with me....
