Apprehensive: Opening

“And if an evil whisper comes to you from Shaitan (Satan), then seek refuge with Allah. Verily, He is All-Hearer, All-Knower..” The Quran speaks of the whispering of Satan and how it can, has, and will deviate the people who do not keep fast to their faith. No matter how much of a practicing or righteous person you are, it doesn’t change the fact that Satan has in fact, set you as a target. What happens when you become the target of peer pressure? Will you hold your ground, or slowly fall into the darkness?

Khadija, 15, finds herself in a struggle against herself and others as her friend introduces her to social media and she finds herself pressured to do things she’d never think of doing. When temptations and peer pressure conquers her will to refuse, what happens then?
