Anyway, in this story, Chrono's female counterpart's name Moira in reference to the Fates of Greek Mythology.
Valt, Shu, Naruto, Moira, and Satoko live on different monitored worlds away from each other.
Moira's seiyuu is Ai Kayano in my opinion.

"Ma'am the report is in. You should see this" a familiar voice hit the tired 2nd Ground Commander's ears earning her attention.
"Hmm," said a tired Yagami Hayate as she looked at the Communications officer-Finieno Shario or Shari for short. Shari was holding four reports she was talking about in her hands holding it out the Commander.
Hayate sighed knowing that report would mean more for her to deal with and she hadn't had a good vacation in a long while now. She was hoping by today all the work she needed to be done would be finished so she could look forward to spending the rest of the day "overseeing" the deck.
"All right what exactly is this new report about, exactly?" Hayate asked
"These reports are from Monitored Planets 47, 48, 50 and 52. It looks like... Well as I said you would probably want to see for yourself ma'am" Shari said before handing Hayate the reports.
Hayate took them and read them hoping they would explain Hayate's assignment. Officially Commander Yagami Hayate had been assigned the task of taking a class cruiser on a routine check of the third sector administered systems. Of course, when you say 'officially' that immediately implied that there's something to be done, unofficially and you'd be correct if you guessed as much.
What was unique about this official/unofficial mission was the unofficial part. The uniqueness stems from the self-assigned nature of the mission.
Hayate read the reports with intense concentration on her face. More than once she appeared visibly startled when she read the four reports, but when she finished reading she felt relieved.
"I can't believe it..." Hayate began slowly, shock evident on her face before her expression turn in an excited smile, "We found not one, but five! Fantastic! Just fantastic! All right, we're heading in early folks. I want us back to Midchilda in five hours. We've got work to do well... more specifically I have work to do. Oh, shoot! There goes my vacation!" Hayate wailed agony
"Err, Commander?" Shari asked sweat dropping
"Yes, Shari?" Hayate asked sitting upright.
"Should I call the others? I think Nanoha and Fate aren't deployed on any missions" Shari said
"Please do, Shari. If they don't agree to my plan, then there's no point, but they will. I'm sure of it. They want our world to be safe just as much as I do" Hayate said confidently
"But what if THEY don't want to come with us. I mean, you'll be asking too much of them." Shari said
"If what we've learned is true, then we'll have a harder time convincing them NOT to help us." Hayate said equally as confident.
The four reports, fairly hefty each about 20 pages thick, was adorned with pictures of people on it. The first had a picture of a blond-haired boy around 12 years old with blue eyes. He wore an orange and blue jumpsuit with a blue headband tied around his forehead and blue shinobi sandals.
