-Prologue-

The path for truth and the path for vengeance are similar paths. Both lead to pain.

The heart breaks and the soul is crushed from what happens…and then you find yourself all alone.

Loki is gone, but I know better than to believe he is dead. The others say that there is no way he could have survived but then again, they hadn't known Loki the way I had.

The one person I trusted above all. Ha! You'd think I would know better than to trust the God of Lies.

Now it was time to get my revenge because, as a goddess of vengeance, I will not let his betrayal of Asgard…of me…slide.

As many wise men throughout the ages have said, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
