And this is what she thought the Hieghbeurgher house would be. Hieghbeurgher was a place were aspiring authors, artists, journalists, designers and etc. would come to finally make something that would give them a good start. But when that happened, they must leave the house.

Hieghburger was a quant, little townhouse, on the outskirts of a small town called Erenest. The outside of the house was a light blue, which was an inviting color. But on the inside was a musty smell, orang-ish lighting, and it seemed as if it had hardly been dusted for the 120 years it had been standing.

As Valerie walked out of the cab and towards the door, she noticed purple flowers. But the flowers had a black mold, devouring the petals. She ignored the hideous sight and continued to the door. Before she could ring the doorbell an elderly woman with white, curly, short hair opened the door, and said, “You must be Malerie. “

“Valerie.”

“Yes that’s what I said, Malerie.” Valerie just smiled politely and nodded. As she walked in she saw one large staircase in the middle of the body of the house. And on the top of the of the case was four rooms on both sides. Valerie followed the woman to the desk. On the wall behind the desk was a key rack which held the rooms keys. Only one was left but the woman wouldn’t pick it up.

“It seems we don’t have any keys. “ she said.

“There’s that one behind you.” Valerie pointed out.

“Ah, yes. My eyes must be failing.” the woman picked it up hesitantly. She held out the key, and when Valerie grabbed it she held on and then let go.

“Your room is 17. It is the farthest on the right. Enjoy your stay.” Valerie smiled and nodded. As she walked up the stairs she wondered if she was the only one here. But it couldn’t be because she had the last key. “Very peculiar.” she thought to herself. She opened the door to her room and saw that everything was covered in plastic. The furniture and the appliances. But the thing that really caught her eye was the giant panel against the wall. She shrugged it off, and unpacked her clothes.

She went out of her room and into the hall to see another person. A younger woman, around 23, with brunette colored hair, and a slender body. She introduced herself, and said her name was Audrey. “Is there anybody else here that I might run into?” Questioned Valerie.

“Yes. Mr. Samwell, Alex and Regina. I’m sure they’ll find soon.” Audrey said suspiciously. She walked away as her eyes turned a dark hazel, almost red. Valerie walked down the stairs after Audrey did. She went into the kitchen. Outside was a lightning storm. “No going anywhere tonight.” she thought to herself. Sitting at the table was an older redhead, puffing on a cigarette. Her eyes were a light blue. “You must be Valerie.” the redhead said with a southern drawl. “And you must be Regina. Hi.” she said politely with her hand out for Regina to shake it. She just stared at it, and then Valerie put it back at her side.

“Miss. Olsen said you would be here. She never said how scrawny you are.” Regina said rudely.

“Well sorry to disappoint you. Why are you here?”

“I’m a journalist with a dream that’s never gonna happen. You?”

“I’m an author.”

“So is Mr. Samwell. Old coot, he is.” chuckled Regina. The lightning flashed in Regina’s eyes evilly. Valerie walked over to the fridge, which had nothing but sparkling water.
