Sarah's POV
*beep beep beep*
My annoying alarm clock beeps. I smack it and get up putting my hair in a messy bun and throwing on a cute shirt and shorts. I put on some natural make up and then went downstairs for breakfast.
"Hi mom!!" I said happily.
"Hi honey!!" She smiled. I ate breakfast and then we hopped in the car and drove to school. All I had on my mind was there were dance tryouts after school and I knew I had to try out. I had prepared choreo all night and was ready. I know I could do it all I had to do was get to the end of the day and then tryout.
I got out of the car and walked in. Taylor was talking to J. I remembered what had happened the day before and put my head down and walked past them hoping not to be noticed.
"Loser!" I heard Taylor say quiet enough for only me and Johnson to hear. Johnson started laughing really hard and I just kept walking. Ignoring their comments as I walked by. I got through all of my classes with limited bullying which was weird because I thought it would have been worse with Cameron and Carter. I got dressed and left for the tryouts. Once it was my turn for a solo choreography round I danced to Don't Let Me Down and killed it.
The judges loved my dance and I went and waited for the answer of who was on the hip hop dance team.
Ten minutes later
"Ok dancers come back in!!" I walked in and saw a couple girls that were good during group looking terrible and sad like they messed up.
"Ok guys so we have chosen the girls for this years dance team!!!" We all cheered after they said that.
"The names are as followed! Jenna Carter, Sarah Pendery, Sammy Johnson!!!" I looked shocked cause I made it on team.
"Now we only let 3 girls on because it is a boy Girl team and we need 6 people for couple dances!!" The three girls and I looked at each other and giggled.
"When do we meet the boys??" I asked
"Tomorrow after school at practice! Be there at 3:30 please!" I smiled and nodded my head. I walked out and my mom picked me up.
"MOM GUESS WHAT?!?!?" I screamed in the car.
"What?!? Honey?!?!" She said looking amused at my excitement.
"I MADE THE HIP HOP DANCE TEAM AT SCHOOL!!!"
My mom hugged me and we went home.
