Elena's POV
I woke up from a nightmare then remembered that today is the first day of senior year. I get to see my boyfriend and my friends.
"Elena, get up. You don't want to be late" Jeremy said through the bathroom door. Jeremy is my younger and only brother.
"Jer, I'm awake" I said opening the door.
I brushed my teeth then just brushed my hair. I went back into my room and put on black ripped skinny jeans and a maroon crop top, then I added combat boots and went downstairs. Jeremy was already eating along with our Aunt Jenna.
"Morning" I smiled putting bread in the toaster.
"Morning, how'd you sleep?" Jenna asked me.
"Fine, except I had the nightmares" I said grabbing the butter.
"Still?" Jeremy asked surprised.
"Yeah, but not as bad" I replied.
I buttered my toast then said bye to Jenna. I drove Jer and I to school. When I parked the car I got out, locked it , then ran to find Stefan. Stefan and I have been together for about a year now.
"ELENA!" I heard someone shout. I turned around and saw Stefan.
"STEFAN!" I shouted back and ran to him. I ran and jumped on him, my legs wrapped around his torso as my arms wrapped around his neck. He wrapped his around around my waist and it helped me stay longer.
"I missed you" he said putting me down on the grass.
"I missed you more" I smiled then kissed him. We pulled apart and I saw Caroline and Bonnie.
"ELENA!" they shouted.
"Caroline, Bonnie" I smiled and hugged them both.
"How have you been?" Caroline asked.
"Good" I replied.
"I've gotten better with the witch craft" Bonnie smiled as Stefan spotted Damon and went over to him.
"That's good. How have you and Matt been?" I asked as Damon and Stefan came over to us.
"Good" Caroline said as Bonnie left. I knew that meant Damon was there.
"Elena" Damon smiled as I turned around.
"Hello Damon" I said as Stefan came to my side and wrapped his arm over my shoulders.
"Are you ready for school?" Stefan asked.
"No, but we have to go" I laughed as he kissed the top of my head and we walked to the school.
When we reached the doors Jeremy and Bonnie were talking to Rick. Jeremy stormed away pretty upset so I ran up to them to see what happened.
"Morning Elena" Rick smiled. Rick is also dating my aunt Jenna, plus he's my social studies teacher.
"Morning, what happened with Jer?" I asked as Stefan reached us along with Caroline and Matt.
"Apparently there are two more you-know-what's in town" Rick whispered talking about vampires.
"Why'd he get mad?" Stefan asked.
"He wants to help get them" Rick answered.
"No" I said sternly.
"That's what we said. We know you'd say no and that's what got him mad" Bonnie said.
"What's the 'you-know-what's' " Matt asked.
"Umm" Caroline started but then decided to compel him to forget what we were talking about.
"Hey Matt" Tyler said then added "And the rest."
The bell rang and Rick rushed us to class. Stefan, Caroline, and I had the same everything so we stuck together throughout the whole day.
After School
"You all should go to the Grill tonight" Caroline said talking to Stefan, Bonnie, Jeremy, Tyler, Matt, and now Damon since he came.
"For what?" Damon asked.
"And Elena bring your aunt Jenna and Rick" she smiled. "It's no reason."
"I guess so" I said unsure of what will happen.
"Dress kinda nicely though" she added.
"Well then we have to go" Matt smiled taking Caroline's hand in his. Them and Tyler walked to Matt's truck and they left.
"You heard there are more vamps in Mystic Falls" Damon said as Bonnie and Jer left.
"Yep" Stefan said.
"Are we gonna do something about it?" he asked.
"Vampires tend to break into your house so you can get them there" I smiled causing Damon to fake chuckle knowing I'm right.
"Maybe they'll be at the Grill" Stefan suggested.
"True" Damon thought.
I drove home and the guys went to their house. Pretty sure they ran, but who cares they are really fast. I got inside and went straight upstairs to get ready for the Grill. I added light makeup and put on a black dress. It had thin straps and was kinda tight but fit well.
"ELENA!" Jeremy called knocking on the shared bathroom door.
"What?" I asked looking for my black heels.
"Are you going with Stefan?" he asked coming in.
"No, I'm meeting him there. I figured we could go together along with aunt Jenna and Rick" I suggested putting my shoes on.
"That's fine with me, I'll meet you downstairs" he said leaving.
I finished getting ready when my door shut quickly. Then I turned around and saw Damon.
"What you couldn't resist?" I laughed.
"You look nice Elena" Damon smiled.
"You don't look so bad yourself" I said adding some stud earrings. "What do you need?"
"I'm gonna kidnap you" he smiled in the mirror as I added some lipgloss.
"Um, you usually don't tell the person that and why?" I said grabbing my leather jacket.
"We are gonna go to Georgia. We are not gonna tell Stefan either" he said sitting on my bed.
"Whatever you say Damon" I said putting my jacket on.
"Are you leaving now?"
"Yes, I'll see you there" I smiled leaving and going downstairs.
I walked downstairs and saw Jenna and Jeremy ready to go. Jenna was wearing a nice red blouse with a pair of black jeans with black boots. Jeremy was wearing a red shirt with a leather jacket and black pants with black shoes. We headed to the car and I drove to the Grill.
