Undesired

Prologue

Dear Andrew,
   I am writing you this last letter in the hopes that you would atleast read it even if you do not reply. Although we have not had a normal or happy marriage, I believe we still deserve a goodbye.
       
I know I was never your first choice. I know that you would never have married me if it had not been for the favour that you owed to my brother. But I always hoped that we could grow to love and care for each other. But that was impossible since you already had someone in your heart. Someone you hold so dear that I could never compete. I did try, however. I have always tried and my inexperienced heart could not comprehend that I was taking on an impossible task. But I am tired of waiting. Waiting for you to see me. and tired of being a shadow. Tired of being patient.
    
And that is why I have decided to release you from your vows.

By the time you receive this letter, I will have gone far away. I know your sense of duty will make you search for me but I pray you do not. I am leaving in the hope that both of us can start anew. I want to find myself again and find adventure.

I hope you will be happy.

    Hi guys! This is my first book and I am soo freaking nervous about it! I know that this is a short chapter but I just wanted to have a short prologue that kinda gave an idea to the story. The next chapters will be longer, I assure you. Please vote if you like it.
