Fire was not amused by the question. She drank the rest of her pop (soda) and crushed the can, melting the metal and making a throwing knife.
The wolf girl idly tossed it up into the air and caught it by the hilt.
Slightly unnerved by her reaction and wanting to continue with the game, everyone looked at Super Boy who was trying to choose who he'd ask Truth or Dare to.
"Uh, Phantom, truth or dare?" He asked.
Phantom's eyes lit up as he replied, "Dare."
SB hummed, "I dare you to-"
"Team, report for a briefing." Batman's voice rang out. Everyone quickly got up and ran to where Batman was.
When the team was all there and settled he started to explain, "Team, tomorrow we'll be testing out a new training simulation. J'onn will be creating the simulation by linking your minds and making a scenario."
Fire stiffened at the words and clenched her jaw, but said nothing. Reaper and Phantom gave each other unsure glances as it was explained to them.
By the end everyone was nervous, but excited. Well, everyone besides Phantom, Reaper, and Fire. The two ghost teens went back to the Zeta tubes when Batman called for them to go.
Fire let out a small whine as she watched them go before sighing through her nose. She shook her head and scratched the back of her neck, it was just her, Super Boy, and Megan. The wolf girl walked back to her room, a small bit of dread in her stomach as she thought about tomorrow.

AN. I know it's short, but I wanted to do the simulation and this chapter separately. Anyway, that's a wrap!
