Devon's POV
"Devon!!" My name was yelled really loud and it scared me. I got up from my king sized bed witch was quite big for my small 8 year old frame."Devon!!" My fathers voice boomed through the halls and this time I heard faint female whimpers. "Yes Father?" I boomed back.
"Devon come to the living room please,"My fathers voice echoed through the long hallways once again.

I took one last look at my room it had all walls filled with book shelves with every space filled with books. My king sized bed with dark blue bed sheets and red pillows in the center of the room. There was a wall with two huge windows with light green curtains.

I walked out of my room when a sense of fear washed over me. Why was my father so loud and what were those whimpers.

I got down the halls covers in white paint and cream carpet to the huge spiral staircase.

What I saw shocked me my father was standing with his hand wrapped around a girls arm. She looked about my age and she had a big pink bow on the back of her hair and she was wearing a maids outfit. The girl hag long brown hair and grey eyes. She had freckles across her nose and her cheeks.

"Devon this is your maid Alexia. She is 7 years old and she is your new personal maid. She will be staying in the guest room until we find somewhere to put her in your room." ...

Yes I know he uses big words and he's only 8 but he's just well educated I mean they are wealthy.
