Chapter 12 - im sorry

" take good care of her, please " He whispered, before smiling lightly and leaving Weston's house.

What was that about?

" Grayson I need to talk to Tayler " I sighed, beginning to walk off into the direction that he went, until Grayson pulled me back.
" he'll be fine " Grayson said, but I shook my head.
" Grayson, I pretty much used him! I shouldn't have! Tayler is one of the nicest guys I've ever met, and now I don't even know if he'll want to be friends " I groaned.
He sighed, before taking my hands in his and placing a gentle kiss on them.
" Do whatever you need to do, but can I ask you something first? " He asked, raising a brow.
" yes " I said.
" will you be my girlfriend? " he began.
" again? " He added, chuckling as I laughed at him.
I nodded, kissing his cheek quickly before stepping away and smiling.
" I've got to go fix things with Tayler first " I announced, rushing to where all of our friends were.
They looked at me, raising a brow.
" Where's your boyfriend gone? " Weston laughed.
" oh, he's in the hallway " I smirked, and they looked out to see Grayson.
They smiled, clapping their hands together happily.
" as much as I love Tayler already... Granna always will be real " Ariel giggled.
I nodded, before grabbing my bag and my phone.
" where you going? " Ethan asked, watching me collect my stuff.
" to fix things with Tayler " I said, grabbing everyone's attention.
" really? That's good! " Blake cheered.
" I feel horrible... he's one of the nicest guys ever, and I need to fix this " I said, and they all nodded.
" text us if you need anything " Ashton said, even though he's 14 he acts like he's my older brother, which I don't mind to be honest.
" I'm coming with you " Brandon said, standing up before I pushed him back down on the sofa.
" thanks Brando, but stay and have fun " I smiled, and he nodded.
With that, I left. I got in my car and drove to Tayler's house...

As I stood outside the door, so many thoughts ran through my mind. What if he hates me? What if he doesn't even want to be friends?
I began to panic, but soon the door swung open and interrupted me from my negative thoughts.
" Tayler.... I'm sorry " I said, looking into his eyes, but he didn't really seem that hurt.
" Come in " he said, opening the door wider for me to enter.
This is a good start I guess.

He sat down on the sofa, and I did too.
" I knew you were using me as soon as we met Grayson today " He confessed, making my heart drop.
" But I went along with it, because I know you love him and I can see he really loves you, Anna " He added.
He truly is the nicest guy I've ever met, not going to lie.
" Tayler, I'm so so sorry. I never planned to use you at first, but when I found out about Gray I did... and I'm really sorry. I know you probably think I'm a horrible person for doing this shit, but I really love Grayson, and it felt like the only thing I could do to get him back, but I know now that it wasn't " I sighed, looking down.
" Anna, it's okay. Ever since I started dating you something seemed off, and I had my suspicions that it was about him... " Tayler said.
" You don't think I'm a bitch? " I raised a brow in shock.
He laughed, taking me by surprise.
" No! The three weeks I've known you have made me realise how amazing of a person you are, even in such a short amount of time. That's why I told Grayson to keep you safe, because you're pretty rare " Tayler smiled.
My heart sank, did he really just say all those things? I thought he would hate me!
" Tayler, thank you " I began " do you think we can still work as friends after all of this? " I asked cautiously.
He nodded, jumping up and wrapping his arms around me in a friendly hug.
" Ive kind of thought we'd work better as friends for a while " Tayler laughed, as so did I.
He really is a great guy, and even being good friends with him makes me happy.

The rest of the afternoon was spent with Tayler. We watched movies, ate popcorn and had a fun time! As friends I've gotten to know so much more about him than I did before, and it made me realise how much better it is as friends. Grayson knew I was there, and he was happy that we'd worked things out. So were all of my friends too! Blake, Ariel, Hunter, Brandon, Ashton, Olivia, Ethan and Weston already really liked Tayler, so they're looking forward to welcoming him to the group and having him as a friend also.

Things couldn't have worked out better. Although I know that I really don't deserve this, do I?
