STAR WARS: 7 years later

The twins and Padme kidnapped, Anakin's rage

Anakin and Obi-Wan walked into the apartment expecting her and the twins to be there, but they weren't Anakin thought to himself, "Something's not right, Padme is usually always home when Luke and Leia are. But She's not. Where could they be?!" He nearly threw himself into a panic attack until he noticed a hologram message on his data pad, when he opened it his eyes flashed glowing yellow after he read the message, "NO!!!!!!!" Anakin roared in rage, the entire building trembled and the atmosphere on Corusant grew ice cold.(Imagine that during this period it switches from Anakin and Padme's love theme to the Imperial March SUB TA.) Anakin jumped into his starfighter and went back to the temple. The message on his data pad read,"If you ever want to see your family alive again, you and your master will come to the place where he left me to die. Don't disappoint me, Skywalker. Maul " When Anakin reached the temple he found Obi-Wan and said, "Maul has Luke, Leia and Padme! He's holding them hostage on Naboo. We need to go. Now, Master! Before it's too late to save them." Obi-Wan agreed with Anakin and they ran to their ships and set course for Naboo. When they got there they were surprised to find a young man with dark brown hair a vest,white shirt, black pants and a blaster hooked to his belt. He was followed closely behind by a Wookie, Anakin said, " Well, kid your a sight for sore eyes! It's a pleasure to meet you again Han! Oh, and Chewie of course sorry Bud! Listen, I'm looking for my family have either one of you guys seen them, seven year old boy, same colored hair as me, wearing a cream colored tunic, blue eyes, then my daughter she has brown hair and eyes, wearing a short white dress, she's the same age as my son, they're twin brother and sister, then there's my wife you might recognize her as Senator Amidala or Senator Skywalker which ever she looks exactly like my daughter only older. Have either of you seen them? " Han said, " Chewie do you remember seeing someone of that description?" Chewbacca roared his answer saying in his native language, "I saw a young woman and two small children to that exact description being taken into a building not far from here! Han let's show them where it's at, now!" Chewie grabbed the boy and dragged him to the location with Anakin and Obi-Wan following close behind him. They went to Theed palace into the main hanger, they were about to go in when suddenly the doors opened just like last time and Obi-Wan's mind became filled with memories from their first fight.

Obi-Wan saw Maul step out with his saber staff using it as a cane for the moment, "I did not think that you would come Kenobi! Skywalker this will be my crowning achievement. After I kill your master, I will make quick work of your family." Maul had an evil smile across his face. He removed the stick from the bottom of the saber and activated both blades and jumped to attack them both Obi-Wan and Anakin struck at both of the blood colored lightsaber blades and they fought all through Theed right up until they underestimated him Maul took the advantage and went in for the kill, Obi-Wan was struck in the same spot where Darth Vader had struck to kill him in the other time line. As Obi-Wan's cloak and lightsaber fell to the ground, Anakin screamed, "NO!!!!"

Tears came to Anakin's eyes as he stared at the empty cloak that laid on the floor. Suddenly anger ran through him like it never had before when he turned to meet Maul's eyes he saw the rush of power in his eyes drain and was replaced by shear terror and surprise as Anakin's eyes began to glow the same color as the lava on Mustafar. The room groaned and shook under the power that was imitating off of Anakin and Maul backed away from him completely horrified by the look in Anakin's glowing red eyes it was the look of true unbridled, primal hatred. Maul was so terrified that he didn't even see the blow coming that was aiming to take his head off and he just barely had enough time to block it, and thirty five, brutal crushing strikes later and Maul was defenseless and on the ground begging for Anakin to show him mercy, "You killed my best friend and brother you kidnapped my wife, my son and my daughter, all the mercy that I might have had for you is gone!" Anakin got an evil look on his face and commenced to reaching out through the force and recalled every ounce of pain that Maul had ever felt in his life and quadrupled it making the former Sith Lord feel it all at once, Maul's eyes glazed over and he started convulsing, writhing and screaming in agony at the top of his lungs this went on for about five minutes until Anakin heard a voice say in his ear,"Anakin, Brother! Stop! Luke and Leia need you! Padme needs you! Don't throw all of that away in a moment of blind rage and insanity! He's had enough, let him go. NOW Anakin! " Anakin released Maul who fell to the floor, unconscious and barely holding on to life. Anakin picked up Obi-Wan's lightsaber and hooked to his belt and searched the entire palace until he came to the throne room and there she sat with Luke and Leia sitting on her lap. Sighing Anakin walked into the room and cut down the guards holding them at blaster point. He said, "We have to get out of here, now!" Padme looked at him and asked, "Ani? Where's Obi-Wan?" Anakin looked down as a tear rolled down his face and he said, "Maul...killed him!" Padme gasped and placed her hand over her mouth and her mind went blank with shock for a moment, then Anakin said, "We have to get out of here before the Mandalorians discover Maul's body and realize that we're trying to escape!" They made it to the ship and took off for Corusant they reached there and were welcomed with open arms and crying eyes for Obi-Wan's death, Anakin dropped to his knees and couldn't hold back his tears any longer as all the memories that himself and Obi-Wan had shared together came rushing into his mind, he wept and cried and screamed at the agony he felt of loosing his best friend and mentor. The entire room that himself and Obi-Wan shared in the Jedi Temple during the Clone Wars trembled as Anakin's emotions ran high, flashbacks crossed his mind of all the good, bad and alternate timeline worse memories came to his mind...

Anakin cried and cried and cried completely devastated by Obi-Wan's death.

That's the end of this chapter, I know Obi-Wan's death sucks but it'll make way for the father, son duo in the future.
