Guidelines/Rules

How It Works

1. After you've messaged me the form and I have agreed to create a cover for you, they will normally take a few weeks to make. This is because I will create more than one cover for you to pick one. Please be patient as I still have school work and personal things in my life to do. I will try my best to finish them as soon as I can. I also have other requests that I need to complete as it is "first come, first serve".  There is no specific date that it will be done, it just depends on how fast and how much spare time I have to complete the requests ahead of your's. (If you need a cover fast and you are impatient, then you should try seeking another cover maker)

2. Once covers have been made for you, I do ask that you pick one and use it. I put a lot of work into each one and it would only be right if you use them since you requested one. I can always alter it to your liking!

3. When you have decided which one you want to use, let me know which one you would like so I can email it to you. You are not allowed to screenshot them. My covers are watermarked so the only way you can get the cover is though an email from me! I will not tolerate any downloading, screenshots, etc. If there is an issue with giving your email to me, then I'm sorry, I will not be able to make covers for you.

After You Have Received Your Cover

1. There is no payment necessary, just give me credit in the description of your story AND in a chapter of your story!

2. You must use it for at least 3 weeks! (Again, I feel like it's only fair)

3. If in the future, you decide you want to use one of the other options I have created for you, don't hesitate to let me know and I will gladly send it to you :) Please note that you must use the first cover for a minimum of three weeks first!

4. Feel free to request more if you are ever in need of another book cover!

Side Notes

1. Images used are not mine unless otherwise stated. They have been found through multiple sources online.

2. To get your request noticed faster, follow me, vote for my story 'Dancing Heart', and/or leave a comment below saying that you sent in your request. Please do not leave your cover information in a comment. I would like you to send me a private message. If the request is posted elsewhere, it will be ignored and deleted.

3. If you've already requested another cover maker to create a cover for you at the same time, I will not accept your request. This is because I put a lot of effort and time into my covers, as do the other cover makers. Please do not waste mine or their time, so if you are requesting one, make sure that you haven't requested one from someone else or that someone else has already agreed to create one for you. You are required to use one of mine after I have made you a cover, so if you cannot guarantee that, I will not make you one.

4. I do not take requests on how many covers I make for you or the size/placement of my name credit.

5. I will not give out the names of the fonts that I used, sorry.

6. Rushing me will not get me to finish your cover faster. You are more than welcome to send me a quick message to politely ask me your place on the wait list. Do keep in mind that there is no "set date" that your cover will be complete, but I can give you your place in line!

7. I do not specialize in photoshop covers. I only specialize in simple covers! (If your cover requires a skill that I do not think I have, I will decline and inform you to request from someone who has that skill)

8. If you placed a request with me and I have yet to complete it but you've changed your username, YOU HAVE TO LET ME KNOW. This is because I will not know about the change and your request will be deleted as that "user no longer exists". I will not have your form because our previous messages will be gone unless I can reach you on your new username. This is also basic courtesy and also the fact that you may have requested to put your old username on the cover and I follow the instructions you have given me on your form which will result in your old username on the cover. Therefore, if you changed your username and did not let me know, you will be removed from my list without warning (that means I won't be notifying you that you won't be receiving a cover). For more information on why you need to inform me of your username change, just send me a message with your questions.

9. If at any time you are rude and/or not respectful, I have the right to decline your request.

10. By sending in your request, you agree to these terms and have read the rules/guidelines.

Form - Information To Include

Please make sure when requesting, that you check your spelling and the information you put in for mistakes. I follow what is given to me and will not know if there are any errors.

(Things with "**" must be included!) Remember, your book must be published!

**Short Description of your book:

**Author Name: (Name or username)

**Images On The Cover: (what pictures would you want on the cover? Example: flowers, a girl, etc. Try to be descriptive and give more than one option. Please refrain from putting "surprise me" as you do need to give me some sort of ideas to work with. You can give give descriptive words (ie. mysterious, dark, etc) but you must give me physical objects/ideas (ie. couple, flowers, girl, etc) that I can place on your cover as well)

**Email Address: (please note that I will not give out your email to anyone, it will be strictly confidential. I also do not keep copies of your email address, so there is no need to worry)

Anything specific you would like on the cover: (like a quote - must be less than one line, characters, etc)

Anything similar to a design I have created: (can be a similar layout, font, colour, etc)

By sending in your request, you agree to the terms listed above and have read the rules/guidelines.

If you have a problem with these guidelines/process and don't think you can follow them, then I may not be the cover maker for you. However, if you have any other questions, feel free to message me.
