chapter one: I went to far..

It all just happened when they were just fighting for like the fifth time today. They've been fighting for so long they lost count..

6:30pm August 5th:
"Jesus..why can't you do anything right?! All you do is screw up and make life even more harder than it already it is!" Isabel yelled. This wasn't new to Levi what so ever. One mistake he made, she yells and points out how much of a idiot and mistake he is. "Look, I'm sorry okay? I'll try to fix everything up I'll-" "zip it!" Isabel hissed. Right now Isabel was blaming Levi for messing up her life and making it more and more harder. Why won't they just leave each other? Because the still love each other even though they don't act like it. After arguing for about what? An hour? Maybe more. Isabel decided that she had enough of it and grabbed the car keys and stormed out of the room. Levi sighed. Why can't I just do anything right?? He thought. Why can't I just stop messing up her life and help her?? Why can't I just...save her? He thought to himself feeling regret. He decided to just watch some TV and try to clam down and wait for Isabel to come home. After 2 hours passed Levi got a bit worried and try to shrug it off. 30 minutes passed and he started to get anxious. Its okay she'll be back any minute or so. He thought. A hour passed. Levi decided to call her. No answer..he tried to call her again and again but no answer. He had enough and ran out of the house grabbing his black jacket. As he running off to find her he heard sirens and grew even more anxious. It's probably just another car accident right?? It has to be.. As he followed the noise and stopped running once he saw that it was Isabel was in a car accident. Tears ran down his cheeks and ran to the ambulance. He asked the doctors if she was going to be okay. The doctors sadly shook their heads and told him that he was dead.

Its been 2 years since the accident. Every day Levi felt regret. He felt like it like was all his fault for making her mad. Right now he currently on Isabel's grave. Tears came down his eyes as the wind blew. Levi just stood there with his black wings out trying to stop crying. After awhile he headed back home. In a few weeks he was heading to college called "wings of freedom". He knew he needed to move on and live a happy life but he knew that won't happen any time soon. He knew that he can't fall in love. He knew that if he did he'll just turn into a huge mess. Plus, he thought that he shouldn't earn love. No, not what happened last time. He couldn't handle that. It would be to much...
That's why he shouldn't earn love or happiness. Only regret and empty no matter what.
