Chapter 1: Confused

Brendon and Ryan were hanging out at Ryan's house a couple months back Brendon moved in with Ryan so they could work more on the band.
Ryan: I have a cool song idea Bren I think your going to like it I've been coming up with lyrics all day.
Brendon: Cool Ry I would love to hear it we are so close to finishing this album.
Ryan: ok so the first verse goes like this "if all our life is but a dream fantastic posing greed" "Then we should feed our jewelry to the sea for diamonds do appear to be just like broken glass to me"
Brendon: wow Ry that sounds pretty good so far I really like it.
Ryan: thanks Bren
Brendon: hey Ry I would love to stay and help you more with the song but I promised Spencer I would meet him at the coffee shop.
Ryan: it's ok you go ahead I'll try to come up with more verses.
Brendon: thanks Ry I love you
"Ryan smiles and blushes a little"
Ryan: of course Bren love you to
"Brendon grabs his coat and walks out the door heading to the coffee shop"
Even though Ryan and Brendon said they love each other they meant it as friends but deep down inside Ryan loved Brendon as more than just a friend. Ryan started to feel this way about 2 months back Brendon had only been living at Ryan's place for about a month. It had been about 2 years since they released A fever you can't sweat out the band knew they needed to release more music so Ryan and Brendon thought they needed to be more closer and work together more so they decided to move in together. Ryan was so happy to be more closer to Brendon but he started to get feelings he thought he would never have he felt always so happy around Brendon like he never wanted the moments to end. Ryan was really confused he always dated girls and never had a thing for guys but now Ryan was starting to fall in love with Brendon. Ryan always tried to tell himself that he doesn't love Brendon in that way just as a friend but Ryan knew he would be lying to himself he felt confused. Ryan made it final to himself one day he loved Brendon but he wasn't sure if Brendon felt the same way back and now Ryan is not sure if he should tell Brendon the truth and what it might do to there friendship.
