"Daddy look! I look like a princess!" a little girl cheerfully said to her father as she adjusted her tiara.
"Yes.. Yes you are my dear" her father replied, laughing gleefully as he watched his little girl twirl in her dress.
"And you know what daddy? I'm gonna meet my Prince Charming! And we're gonna get married and live happily ever after just like all those princesses!" the little girl exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with happiness.
"Uh uh uhhh. You can't baby" her father replied, shaking his head in disapproval.
The little girl's face turned sour as she ask her father: " But why daddy? I want to meet my Prince Charming! And i'm gonna marry him!"
"No can do missy! Because all of those so called "princes" will have to go through me first" he replied as he carried his little princes in his arms.
"But daddddyyyyy" she tried to convince her father.
"No buts princess." her father replied firmly.
The little girl then pouted her lips only slightly and made her eyes water.
Her father almost gave in. ALMOST.
"Nope. Not working Carina"
The little girl huffed away from her father, her fluffy pink dress bouncing with every step she took.
She was so devastated that her father won't let her marry a prince. But if she only listened to him, she would have saved herself from a whole lot of pain.
