I slowly got up from my old bed,my hair frizzed up, not like I really cared. I'm clove, a pony margay hybrid.

"Hurry up you slow poke!

I heard a demanding voice from downstairs,I live alone.. I walked down stairs, my cousin Cindy was there, her ears perked up, her long clouded leopard tail swaying side to side. Her hooves were behind her back. I felt myself walk downstairs faster, I stopped when I was a couple inches from Cindy.

"What are you doing here, how are you in here, why are you here?" The words popped out of my mouth before I could even think of what I was saying.

"Have you forgot about skateboarding, snowboarding? It's Sunday, we always do this " Her voice as if shes been waiting her whole life. I sighed for a couple seconds and finally talked.

"I'll go get ready" I glanced at the clock, 12:34! She's usually here at 11:00, how long has she been here?

I ran upstairs, for me it's something amazing that I still can,I lost my left leg, yet I guess it didn't effect any snowboarding and skateboarding. I grabbed my skate board and snow board, and brushed my hair. "Oww!!" I guess I had a huge knot in my hair, like everyday. I finally finished untangling and brushing my scruffy hair.

Walking down the stairs slowly,I looked at Cindy, as if she was hiding something from me.

" What?" She barks at me.

"nothing". Slowly I walked outside, the cold air and snowflakes falling on my nose felt as if its the first one being outside. Cindy, I glanced at her trying not to make it to obvious, I finally got my skateboard and snowboard which I left inside on the table. I walked outside and got on my skateboard, the driveway was plowed,causing it to be easy to skateboard out of. "Wait up!" Cindy's little annoying voice said from behind. Usually I do, but today I jut ignored her.

Did I mention how angry Cindy gets if it doesn't go her way? She got angry at me today.

"Ugh why do we have to do it your exact way?!" My voice annoyed yet furious. "You can't find you head to your hoofs, how are you supposed to know how to do a cloud nine, EH!?" Cindy's eyes beamed red.

" I'm going to go off to Goldrush's house, maybe he has some sense knocked into him!" I exclaimed. Goldrush is my ssp if you didn't know. My hoof knocked on his door,I didn't feel like talking to him about Cindy, but I don't have many places to go. I have a friend named Kenton, but I don't want to disturb him with me being a total maniac. I wait awhile, no response until I knock again and hear him walk down from the stairs and opens the door. Walking over to him I give him a big hug and smile.

"What are you doing here?'

"I can leave if you want me to."

"No, it's fine I'm just wondering."

Cindy is all I can think about,I also had to talk to Goldrush about something else besides Cindy. Sitting,in the kitchen facing Goldrush, I've never been so nervous.
