It was a cold morning, the sky still dark and cloudy, ground appeared white with a thick layer of snow settled on it. Tops of houses and trees around were covered with a snowy blanket as well.
White curtains waved freely in the air, dancing as the cool breeze entered in making the room cold.
Sanyukta dug herself more in the blanket to derive some warmth from it. She rubbed her arms in swift motions to warm them up.
Squeezing her eyes tight once, she fluttered them open. She looked around the room only witness sheer darkness.
Picking up her phone, she checked the time "4:15 am" it says. Still a few hours to sleep, she sighed relieved and shut her eyes to catch some sleep. The person laying beside her whimpered in his sleep. Opening her eyes yet again, she caressed his forehead and stroked his hair to send him back in slumber. Shifting closer to him, she took him in her arms, pecked his forehead, covered him well with his blanket and closed her eyes to drift towards her dreamland...But rather she walked towards her past days.

A man, sat on one of the tables of an open garden cafe, lost deep in his thoughts. Infront of him, sat his lady love, sipping on her coffee and enjoying the weather.
"Randhir?..Randhiiir!?" Called the lady
"Huh!?"
"Where are you lost?" She looked at him keenly"
"Nowhere!" He stole his gaze away.
She placed her hand over his his, on the table, and clutched it tight.
"Say!" She demanded
"Umm... Sanyukta, Ahh..We have been dating for 3 years now...Uh, u know."
"Haan! So!?"
He breathed in and out, detaching there hands he stood up.
"What's wrong Randhir?" She stood up as well.
He said nothing, just held her hand
"Sanyukta actually..." He glanced at her face which displayed sheer worry. Clutching her hands tighter he sat on his keens "Will you marry me!?" He finally breathed those words out, forwarding a ring out from his pocket.
Not being able to contain her happiness, she simply nodded her head in a 'yes' while tears slipped down her eyes. Slipping the ring in her Venus finger, he hugged her tight.

3 Months Later
"Abh Kanya ki maang mai Sindoor bhare" said an elderly, mechanical yet warm voice of a 'pandit'.
While the parting of the lady, was filled by her man. "Abh mangalsutra pahenaye" continued pandit ji.
The man tied the sacred black thread around her neck, finally tying her in his destiny, and tying them in the pure bond of MARRIAGE forever. "Aaj se aap dono pati patni." Concluded pandit ji.
While the couple smiled him HAPPINESS with happy tears filling their eyes.
"Finally Mrs. Shekhawat!" He cooed
"Finally Mr. Shekhawat" she blushed.
"GOD finally merged our DESTINIES together." He whispered as they got up to recieve blessings from their elders.
She looked up to thank the almighty for bringing them together, forever and ever and ever.
"May GOD bless you two. May he always keep you happy and together"  Blessed their elders as they proceeded to begin their new lives together.
